As I read this morning my DOMESTIC usps package that was scheduled to be delivered yesterday and was literally only 20 mins away..so close... was just sent 4 hours away to another post office.

As most outside the US can attest, being charged duties on nearly every international package is normal, while in the US, our definitely objective non-partisan leftists suggest any such notion is an outrage, an affront to humanity, a threat to democracy and the certain ruination of the economy.

My feelings about US politics is similar to my approach to vendors. People love to dickride for the ones they assume love them back. I never trusted any vendor as I know my existence in their lives is based on what they can get from me. Trusted none of them but frequented the ones that gave me best value and least stress for my money.
Some of us know people or are ourselves into some levels of trading with China. The past week has been some of the most ridiculous since the pandemic freezes. Sometimes the anger and frustration is unleashed inappropriately here. But to assume it's all about team left vs team right is ridic. When something unnecessarily messed with finances it is annoying.
Imagine waking up.to the news that a favourable rule that has existed for 8 years was suddenly poofed overnight. You think it won't trigger semi panic or actual panic? I mean just look at this thread for example.
QSC vanished and see the lamentation? Pretty much thesame thing till the sudden pause was unpaused (this was a pause which you seemingly had zero idea about while you are playing left vs right in the comment section)
Yall can keep up the my team vs their team arguments. My loyalty is primarily to my family and how we can save cash.
I will leave winning arguments on 'disappeared vendor' threads to you.

But that is absolutely 100% my thoughts.
Politics are just politics and same is true for politicians.
People should vote who they think will serve them best as they supposed to be public servant even if they aren't.
I can't give two flying shits about Trump renaming places or arguing with basically almost every country.
Also both left vs right have valid points and nonsense is existing on both sides.
People are affected by certain decisions, just look at here, it is what it is, the wheel can't always spin in your favour, preparation is always key for when the wheel spins against you.
Would I want QSC to come back? Of course I would.
Do I care to talk about the politics and politicians that I might think to know they are involved?
Not much, I leave that to others and they can rightfully do so, is a forum and an US forum where there is freedom of speech after all.
This is going to be the norm moving forward for CN vendors except if non US buyers force their hands by organizing boycotts. The problem is just that it's UGL so it's 'every man for himself' and it's complicated by lack of alternatives, if everyone starts doing it.

Just as a sidenote for us europeans, french meso has plenty of solid sources with websites you can switch languages on, just use the google translate addon for the forum to understand the reviews and make the decision.

Many of these newer CN sources are but petty traders or a bunch of people teaming up to resell peps they buy from trading fronts of larger companies.

HYB has hundreds of outstanding orders from early January that they are supposedly reshipping. They claimed the original orders were held up in China Customs which seems odd to me. But they are one of the few still shipping oils/tabs so it’s worth the risk for some.

The ones showing up after Tracy disappeared are all laughable, literally. Like noone comes even remotely close.
They've always been around. Most came summer and fall. They're just not well established operations. However their love for cash is inversely proportional to their common sense.

No pages get shut down. Look how many threads are in underground. So many sources of the years got busted, retired etc etc and still on the board. Just no one talking in it so they don’t move.
