Is it best to check bp first thing in the morning like directly waking up?

I prefer it that way, I wake up, go toilet, have a glass of water and check my BP.

Although I checked 30-45 mins after morning coffee to see if was affecting me like energy drinks did.
Lucky me it didn't as I like coffee.

Which is basically what I do.

I did also checked at different times of the day for better understanding if some food or drinks were affecting my BP and if so being able to do the required dietary adjustments.

AFAIC the primary topics that should be front and center every day for all source threads are issues directly related to source products/services accountability, testing results, scam warnings, etc.

This should be even more of a priority when a source is missing in action where warnings to customers of source status can prevent future harm, and reports of (unfulfilled) outstanding orders can document past/ongoing harm.

I just got a sizable about of cyp about a month ago and made 550ml of cyp 300mg/ml and 550 ml of lady cyp 20mg/ml . Did great .... I didn't pin the lady cyp but had both finished products tested.. here go.. made with raw rated at 96.8% purity.

Lol. You did not read what Millard said? There really is no such thing as a perma ban for sources now. His opinion (which are rules of road) is it is better to have them here so we can all discuss their wrong doings to "hold them accountable". Wonderful example in this thread, wink.

Let the community to cast a vote on banning a vendor or not, if he engages in harm behavior, like floaters, false advertising (underdosed gear, mixed up apis etc), shilling via alt accounts, dealing high abuse potential substances like narcotics and does nothing to correct it.

Fair enough. Maybe THAT is what we need Millard's opinion on (though I'm sure there are pitfalls..I guess democracy is what I was raised on...lol).

I do think that the active banishment still runs antithetical to what Millard had stated as a vision (which I realize perhaps leaves others to wonder about...
