I should probably try these GLP1 for once. I just don't know which one's the best one for my buck

So far, it's only been test tren for me.

Sema is an incredible value. Roughest sides, though those go away once you reach a stable dose (like all GLPs). Starter doses are like 50¢ a week.

Tirz is easier sides wise (GIP is an anti-nauseant) adds additional health benefits, and still a bargain even at high doses.

IMO you should think long term, since benefits accrue with continuous use. Two weeks in advance, adjust dose down if you need to add weight, and back up when you want to cut.

If you have vices like regular drug or alcohol use, expect those to diminish significantly as well. That effect is pretty well established at this point. GLPs seem to be an "anti-consumption agent".

I've been running tirzepatide for a while. Just finished a "bulk" in which my dexa reported body fat went from 7.4% to 7.2% while gaining 23 pounds. The visceral adipose tissue, according to the dexa operator, was the lowest she'd seen. I suspect my liver is looking pretty good as well.

Reta might have other benefits as pointed out, but it still hasn't come to market and there's a great deal more data on semaglutide and tirzepatide.

How much for maintenance off tirze or while lean bulk would you say?

I ran 5mg/week during my "bulk".
 
Reta is the absolute best for a lean bulk. You will still want to eat a little bit on reta but you will seriously have no want to pick up anything sweet.
@Ghoul What is your take on this?? I have heard a few bodybuilders say that reta is better for bodybuilders.. why? I like the idea of taking tirz because of how it helps with insulin resistance while taking higher doses of hgh.. Does reta do the same??? Would like your take...
 
Low dose tren works so well. Its like a small trt if you do it right. Pumps and gains feel amazing. Growing every week. I feel like I'm a growing teen in puberty lol
No tren rage? I found out by experimenting with tren in past that I get affected by the infamous tren rage.

I tried many many years ago, low test high tren (stupidly), high test low tren at 200mg pw and test and tren at the same dosage.

None of the methods have worked so I stopped using it as I didn't want to be a raging maniac..

Usually I am pretty chill so from my side I can say that tren rage is real.

Usually I am pretty chill so from my side I can say that tren rage is real.
Low dose means like 35-100mg tren a weekly (split into ed dose), there will be minimal psych sides but you still get anti catabolism and tren look
