Not Ghoul, but Reta does help with insulin resistance, but maybe not as well as Tirz. But it also has a GCGR glucagon agonist, which seems to physically burn additional calories, perhaps 100-300 a day. Side effects are very similar to Tirz, so not much difference there.
I do frequent bloodwork, and I can say that my lipid panels look amazing, definitely the best I’ve ever had before. I run a small weekly dose as maintenance, just to add a small bit of appetite suppression while primarily keeping my bloodwork in line. When I get to a cutting phase, I anticipate moving up from 3mg to probably 6mg.
