I’m talking about appearance. The way it ‘looks’ makes me not want to eat menudo or drink unpasteurized milk. I worked in a meat packing plant a couple decades ago where we killed 5K cows a day. Plus I’m married to someone from MX. I know the farm to the table process. I’ll eat lengua and cabeza all day long. But I draw the line at tripe.

A 25oz bowl of menudo has 32 g of protein. I eat it 5 or 6 times a week. Great stuff.
