It feels like hater energy over here. It isn’t just criticism of specific things he does. They aren’t letting him get away with anything lol. There’s a huge list of things that apparently make him unlikable, but like I said I’m just not seeing them.
He’s definitely the guy I’d be inviting over for a bbq and a few beers. He seems like my kind of people. I don’t care for the rest of his crew very much though. The majority of them irritate me. His buddy from work who is on the podcast sometimes seems alright too. Can’t remember his name.

I’ve met Paul a couple times. Good dude, has some takes I don’t agree with (like his thoughts on whey being an inferior protein to meat, which is just objectively false according to PDCAAS and DIAAS assays). He’s definitely fucking huge though, I don’t know how anyone thinks a guy who’s 6’2” and 245 on stage is small.

Man I wish influencers were a bit more creative and funny. I find watching most content utterly boring and unentertaining. Mike Isratael does a good job for his target audience adding humor to his videos, but it's a bit too much if you'd ask me and not that funny to me.

In Mike’s defense he does seem to have his target audience zeroed in, although I don’t watch much of his content. Not a huge fan of the idea that you can optimize training at the macro level, it’s an inherently personal process.
