The more well known the name, the bigger the operations, the longer they operate, the higher the chance of getting caught. Isn’t it completely legal for these guys in China to produce gear as long as they’re not selling it in China? I thought It QSC was legit company.

it’s suspect for sure, but this kind of shit seems to happen in China with companies that operate on the fringe. they’ll be back at some point, but who knows if they will have any semblance to the source we remember.

many were absolutely legal, on a state level and federally illegally so they were raided by the feds. Same reason docs can 'recommend' marijuana but can't prescribe it.

The majority were illegal on a state level.
I lived in the city with one of the highest concentration in the nation.

Some were definitely legal, by gray area, and loopholes.

I was unaware. I used to be a licensed grower in all 3 states on that coast. Knew quite a few legal dispensaries and schools that got ran through. Some multiple times and they were all legal to the state
