I’ve said it before. If things are too hot to have your “IT company” unlock your emails and customer data so you can verify what’s owed for all the unfulfilled orders, because doing so would give authorities access, then you’re definitely not reopening under the same name. I call bullshit. Hope I’m wrong, and I’ll gladly eat my words if that’s the case.
And to be fair....it wouldnt be the first time Tracy made me eat my words. But yah....sitting this round out. Fuck this shit.

I am one of the guys that sent $1000+ for an order right before the shut down and was left deserted. Is Tracy issuing refunds or allowing those like me to let the amount as credit? I am fine either way...but the issue is that they don't have anything I want on their list atm.
ask her and see what she says. sounds like she is still going to honor your order at some point in time but she is just trying to get on her feet.

take what you what from what she says. I'm trying to give her the benefit of the doubt.

Still waiting on tracking. Asked for it yesterday and she said she’ll get me the tracking soon but she’s crazy backed up. I can imagine they’ll roll out slowly since it’s a one person operation right now.

This needs to be said again. Most reputable crypto exchanges "or at least pretending to be" are becoming more strict. They are often blocking transactions to any wallet their automated systems deem suspicious. They can even in some cases close your account. Banks have even become more like this with regular checking accounts etc.

Setup a proxy wallet on a local device that you have 100% control over and send to that, then use the proxy wallet to send to the source. Otherwise these issues will only continue to get worse.

This is what I do. I use Bluewallet. It's insanely easy and safe. I do get random checks sometimes and they freeze my account when they do. I need to send a screenshot of my wallet to prove it's actually the same wallet with different BTC adressen (Segwit)
