i don’t even know how to score it. i know a lot of us have been at this shit a while, and it’s so unprecedented, i have nothing to really compare it to.
it’ll be interesting to watch though.

Do you take anything for kidneys on var?
I switched to orals that hit the liver more because I wasn't really sure what i could do to protect the kidneys on high dosed var.

Kinda. I try to keep my BP down as low as I can with telemisartan and taladafil. I supplement astragalas root, omega-3s, coq10, curcumin, NAC, vitamin C, injectable glutathione and apple vigar vinegar. That is about all I can do from what I know.
I think keeping BP in check is the best way to keep the pressure out of there and ACV for combating buildup.
EDIT: I know some of those don't have to do with kidney health. More for overall health.

The absolute best thing you can do for your kidneys, better than any supplement or scrip, is drink way more water than you think you need to. It's easy to check your electrolytes if you're getting a CMP on your regular bloodwork. Sodium is the most likely to fall out of range first, and if it's not regularly near the bottom of the range, you can definitely add more water to your daily routine.
And this has been said many times and I know you know it, but just in case some noob reads this comment, add cystatin to your bloodwork and calculate eGFR based on it, not creatinine. Cystatin is the most reliable metric for kidney function. Creatine can bork your creatinine based eGFR (and freak out your doctor!).

Yea i do test it, mine's pretty good.
For lipids, one can usually inject carnitine and see a good visible improvement. For liver, some inj glutathione can easily smash alt down to the low 20s. I just havn't seen anything that causes a visible improvement to cystatin tho.
I know astragalas root mentioned above can lower creatinine..thats about it..

There isn't anything, and this is exactly what makes it the most accurate metric for kidney flow rate. Cystatin is made by every cell in your body except platelets and red blood cells, and if it's out of range, something serious is going on.
i have tren H by QSC , but is different , classic tren , very dark oil , sir i think you have npp deca or mast

If they have the honeysuckle label that's Mast E 200mg/mL.
Should be mast hopefully, I know the Tren-H stickers were an old “stealth” sticker. Don’t plan on dabbling in the devils oil.
Yeah was a little surprised they were loose. Was wrapped in foam though. Box was a little squished but everything was intact.
