I just started dipping into the Tirz 10mg kits that were left over from storage, and they seem to be just fine. I'm up to 15mg a week but pretty sure that's just the natural progression due to being lean enough now (was already at 12.5mg with prior Tirz). I'm guilty of always trying to find the next "edge," but Tirz just works. Considered trying Reta, but I ask myself "why" and can't come up with a good reason. Tirz has become one of those core staples like Creatine.
