That makes sense - I’m probably going to 1-1.5mg/ max wk when I go back to gaining. I’m not competing or in a rush to hit any certain metric so I’ve just been enjoying the ride with basically no sides. I think at the end of the day people just need to find what works for them and their goals. I do think some people aren’t aware that you can absolutelt get away with less than trials dosages, especially when we are talking people in the meso population that are generally fit and using in a different contextThe trials show increasing efficacy up to like 12 or 15mg/week with diminishing returns beginning after 8mg. Most bodybuilders seem to like 2mg to get metabolic benefits without making it hard to eat or digest. If you are a person that trains 5-6 times a week it’s likely that you can control your diet without chemical discipline.
