Does anyone on this forum know if Tracy is the only person on QSC to handle the Telegram orders? What is the reasonable amount of time to expect a response from him after I place an order? I have ordered from other vendors before and usually after I text the payment transaction ID to them, I'll get a confirmation text fairly quickly saying that they have received it, which is reassuring. So this morning like 7am I sent payment info to him (after placing my first order on QSC) but it's now 3:30pm and I've got no response from him. If it's normal, that's fine. I understand every vendor is different but when you order from a new source, you can never really build that trust until you receive the tracking info or when the package is delivered to your house. Just saying.
