You don’t really need to use that stuff for appetite. Just eat through it.

What actually worked for me back in the day was doing a short calorie pull before a bulk. Drop calories for a bit, let the body get hungry, then when you ramp food back up the appetite goes feral.

I still do this occasionally even during a bulk. A couple days in a deficit, then I start pushing food again and it goes down way easier. Might not work for everyone, but for me it’s been a cheat code every time.

Yeah man, you’re definitely not unique there. A lot of guys here are force-feeding every single day while their appetite is actively trying to sabotage them. Nobody wakes up excited to chew dry chicken when they’re full.

Appetite is just another variable to manage, same as sleep or recovery. You either work around it or it works against you. Liquid calories, meal timing, calorie-dense foods, eating when you’re least suppressed, whatever gets the job done.

If you really want extra help, sometimes EQ or GH can bump appetite a bit, sometimes they don’t. No guarantees. End of the day though, size still comes from food. There’s no compound that replaces chewing.

Not trying to downplay your situation, just keeping it real. Bulking is uncomfortable by design. If it was easy, everyone would be huge.

That sucks. Technically the shipping company is at fault here but yeah, that's part of doing business on an unregulated market. I don't know how high Tracy's margins are but generally speaking, Chinese manufacturing companies (incl biotech) are currently struggling with high competition but persistent weak demand (deflation) and a flagging domestic economy to boot, so I imagine every penny counts for them. It's tough out there

But it was sent back to the warehouse and now Tracy has it technically but still refuses to send it out again. If you sell something and get it back and still keep the money and the goods, this is scam.

Tracy promised to check if it can be recovered which it could, but still refused to help now and blocked me on Telegram.
