I guess if you use the same pharma water every time it’s easier to know the culprit if something goes wrong.
If there is the wrong amount of benzyl alcohol in there it will cause the peptide to go cloudy, but with pharma you know it’s going to be fine.
The customer service people don’t really know the answer so they just give you any old excuse. It is what it is.

Why just jump in and start jabbing from an unknown source with zero 3rd party testing?
Should send 1 vial off to get some confirmation they are at the very least giving you what you ordered. Otherwise if you can't afford testing stick with a source that's been checked out.
Even regulated/licensed peptide dealers in the US have been known to have faulty products.
Doesn't finnrick count as 3rd party testing?

These guys are running a business to get paid and working angles to line their pockets if made an offer by certain companies to present only favorable results would they accept?
For the average consumer even, with a longstanding business relationship, if one were to send a vial off to janoshik and the results came back poor do you think they would immediately publicly bash them or privately seek compensation and sweep it under the rug?
A lot of what ifs. Just spend a couple hundred and check one vial.. If multiple people do this on their first purchase that have zero business relationship and nothing to lose we will start to see a clearer picture.

Not saying this isn’t possible as I guess it could be. But, I have taken my peptides of many different flavors and variations on dozens and dozens of flights and I’ve never encountered this any of mine.
