tried a test order via a seller I've recently found from global, they seem reliable and testing seems good but I'll only know if I test it. peptidefactory on tg they got a disc too someone posted em on stg in the past

Why would you want to share your source here on meso after you negged the OP of this thread? You said you supposedly have some inside info that a lot of resellers are using QLSM and didn't want to draw attention to them.

It's not exactly a novel hombre.
I believe that they're pretty similar. I decided to buy mazdutide because it's officially approved, although granted that's in China. My order hasn't arrived yet. Here is an article discussing a completed phase three trial with mazdutide: Ji, et al. (2025). Once-weekly mazdutide in Chinese adults with obesity or overweight. N Engl J Med, 392(22), 2215-2225. Here is another article, which discusses using 16 mg of mazdutide per week: Bhattachar, et al. (pre-publication, 2025-08-20). Mazdutide reduces body weight in adults with overweight or obesity - A high-dose Phase 1 trial. Diabetes Obesity & Metabolism. Although I like the great results seen in the second study I cited, the small sample size and the fact that patients only took the medication for 138 days makes me think those exceptional results probably won't hold up in further studies.

Interesting, now curious how Survo would compare.. People often talk about combining survo with tirz or maz
I haven't heard about adding maz to survo. They seem to be similar enough that doing so would be unnecessary. Tirz plus mazdutide would hit the same areas a reta.

Both might be good options. Usually people who take either drug (which are similar) have a reason they're not taking retatrutide. Frequently, when maz or surv are taken, the user is also taking tirz.

Have you seen anyone getting more appetite suppresion from maz or surv in oppose to retatrutide? JC.

That makes the most sense.... I thought it might be some nerdy shit like "well ackshually the GLP1 activity is 2x higher but the GIP is 3x lower so it's offset by 4x glucagon & the amylin activity is blah blah"
