The subject is distended abs/bloated belly.
Is there a way to reverse this condition?
I'm from the era of mass monsters when training was all about size gains and doing sit ups with big plates and heavy barbells was common practice. This training style gave me a thick and strong core for sure but my stomach is now bigger than my chest so I'm trying to figure out how to reduce the size of my mid section now (if it's even possible) ?
I'm scared that if I start training abs again my stomach is going to get even bigger.
Help???
