Sup bros, I just got back from the gym and I was wondering why the hell am I almost always the only guy doing deadlifts? I mean people look at me like they dont have a clue of what im doing. Are people really that afraid a deadlifts?

I try to fit them in once a week, but my gym really has an inconvenient place to do them-- a corner where there are 3 squat racks at all angles. And yes, people look at me when I do them-- possibly because the only person I ever saw doing them was much older, wore weird spandex, and put so much drama into such small weight that it seemed pathetic.

Give me a gym with proper padding and ample room!

there is plenty of space to do em in my gym, but the "bad-asses" are usually too busy doing thousands of sets of curls, lifting their shirts up to check out/flex their abs in the mirror, adjust their weight lifting gloves, screaming and yelling during a 225 lb shrug, or trying to impress the girls bu giving pointers out to everyone and their brother about how to lift.....

most of the time they dont even bother with leg training....theyt would rather look like fuckin flamingos!

some days i want to fucking unload on all of those little pussy-faggots who thing they are God's gift to women.
