Question on t3

If necessary I could post my whole cycle. So I am about to be on week 4 on t3 slowly tapering my dose up 100 mcg. So now I have been up at 100 mcg for a little longer than a week.
Days 1-4...................25mcg/day
Days 5-8...................50
Days 9-12.................75
Days 13-16................100
Days 17-20...............75
Days 21-24...............50
Days 25-28...............25

This was my original plan seems like most conservative but than I read that people run up to 150 mcg for like 8 weeks and recover just fine. What are you opinions on what I should do. I have not noticed much sides besides sweating more, and being hot at night.

Thyroid is working perfectly fine got my bloods before this cycle.
Thanks!

Its not like we are next to each other all day, usually eat once or twice a day together. Train together on occasion we do have different schedules so its difficult. First cycle was bunk. But not to use genetics as an excuse but if your going to say that, why are you not competing for Olympian if roids put us on the same level or something? I have come a long way I was once at 24%.

Well Olympian isn't a goal of mine but I have competed in high level sports and from the 4 previous cycles I've done (counting my first one which was stupid and pointless) I have achieve a fair bit more and the genetics card is bullshit at the level you are or me for that matter. "Godly genetics" doesn't come into play until you are a pro in this sport ya it might get you there faster but after a 2 years on performance enhancing drugs You must know there should be more results no? I'm not trying to bash you but implant in you that there is more that you need to learn about all aspects of this word training and nutrition included. Congratulations on coming down from 24% I would not take that away from you good job on that for sure!

I used to think like you, that genetics is just lame excuse except, when I seen multiple people my age go on. All vary, my one friend barely any results, me slow but steady results, and other people blow up two inches on there arms after 6 weeks. Its not all genetics of course hard work plays a role.
Thank you I appreciate it, my diet may not be perfect but I try my best, and put in 2 hours at the gym everyday. Results probably should have been better but only one way to learn is to do it yourself.

What do you mean by numbers, I am assuming weight: 171 lbm 153 and height 5'7 bf: 12-13

 Dude the main 3 are squat bench and deadlift!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just how telling is that question
for someone who is "around a mate with their Pro card' not all day but twice a day"

Here allow me to spell ......
I knew "thyroxine was catabolic bc that's why I'm running it with Tren" or is bc I know "Tren decreases thyroxine levels" ...... it out for you!

BULLSHIT!

And this kid is full of it!

I'm just curious why your "pro card" buddy didn't hook you up from the first cycle and isn't doing so even now. He obviously has a solid connection since no one qualifies "pro" anything without PEDs.

Bench 285 x1
deadlift, do not go heavy on but usually throw 225 and get about 20 reps
Squat 325 x1

I said I heard Tren decreases t3 levels, so since I wanna burn fat I asked if it would be double beneficial taking t3 since having higher t3 levels increases metabolic rate. I know it is not necessary to do it. Also simple test would be enough to combat t3 catabolic effect.

Surprisingly enough he gets it from me, his trainer had stuff from a company that got caught, but apparently enough was made so its still around its called IP. Funny though how many people at my school won a few competitions and claim that natty title...
