Question regarding bloodwork

So I'll be getting bloodwork done in a couple of days and I wanted to clear up some confusion I have.

How long do I have to wait before peak concentrations since my last injection?
I injected Thursday at around 11 am.

I will be using LabsMD Female hormone panel, is that all I need?

You need more than that. You want free and total test, lc/ms. As close as possible to 48hr after last injection for blood draw.

Total T is included in the female panel, so I just add "Testosterone, Free, LC/MS/MS" test for a total of $140?

Is PrivateMDLabs better?

Hormone Panel with F&T Testosterone LC/MS-MS for $109, Does this include liver and kidney functions? Also this will display T >1500 right?
