Questions from a TOTAL Newbie

By not being serious into bodybuilding I mean I am not looking to have huge popping veins or muscles like Arnold Schwarz... in his steroid prime.

Jesus Fucking Christ, I'm new to these boards but if I had a fucking syringe for every time I've seen a post, I'm really small, I don't eat right, I don't train right, I do coke, and don't sleep, what kind of drugs should I take, but I don't want to get to big, you know I don't want to be as big as Ronnie Coleman, I would be selling more syringes then GPZ.

LOL calm down dude lol. One I'm not THAT small (yes I am slender but very much in shape), I don't eat the absolute best but do eat mostly healtful, I train and think I am doing it right, I have never done drugs, I sleep just fine....some people are completely new to the idea and concept of steroids, yes all of the same questions over and over must be annoying, but we've got to start somewhere. i have a nice body but I do not wish to be so slender, I want to be bulkier. maybe I don't need steroids and need a new regimen, again I wouldn't have known if I didn't ask

anyway...

ed mass, how much can I run without killing my gains? Is it safe to work out every day, or is 3-4 times a week with a day break between the protocol still?

Bro...do a test only cycle if it's your first. By stacking 2 or 3 compounds you won't know which one is causing side effects (if you do indeed develop any). Make sure you have Nolva on hand in case you develop gyno symptons and for PCT. Once you complete the test only cycle with proper PCT and no side effects, then you can think about adding another compound (such as EQ or Deca) to your next cycle. But being new to AAS I guarantee you will gain 20lbs on test alone if you eat plenty, sleep plenty and lift plenty. Also, as far as running goes, keep doing it, just don't run for more than 20 minutes as you will go into a catabolic state and start eating your own muscle for energy.

Hey thanks, that was really helpful. Sounds good for just using one at first so that I can pin-point if it gives side effects. Which would you recommend? Lots seem to be saying Promobolan. Does that come in oral?

I'd say weight train 3-4 days per week and cut the running back to an absolute minimum. 2 miles twice a week or drop it all together for a month a see how that goes. Keep weight training and running on different days. Keep weight training to less than an hour per session.
Another good idea is to take in a post workout drink--100gr carbs 30-40gr protein and 0gr fat immediatly after workout and another solid food meal(chicken&rice) an hour later with the same nutrient ratios. That would be 2 good meals in addition to your normal 3 meals a day.
All this is real basic info for bodybuilding.

Go with Testosterone enanthate or Testosterone cypionate. Both have long lasting esters so you only have to inject twice a week. If your going to do steroids, don't be afraid of needles...you need to inject. Primobolan is considered mildly anabolic. If you want to put on 20 lbs. in a cycle, go with Test Enan or Test Cyp at 500 mgs a week...broken into two injections.

Bump. I agree. Brian, a test only cycle and eat like a madman, lift like a madman, sleep well...and you will get the size you are looking for.

As for running, I normally run five times a week on 6.2 on the treadmil for 21 minutes, which is a little over two miles. I've been doing this for like four years, but is this killing my gains? I'm kinda nervous to stop running because I don't wanna get a lil gut or lil love handles or something...also nervous about needles, I read that if you inject it in the wrong way it can get to your heart and kill you?!! also do steroids increase your appetite, or do you just have to make sure you are eating like a madman?

oh and can you weight train two days in a row or do they all need to be spaced out?

Cut your Juice with injectable b-12 that you can buy fro like 10 bucks online. 1000/mcgs per injection you do

It is no big deal as long as you are clean and you aspirate.

If you have doubts then just forget the AAS and go with prohormones or something from GNC.

You have to be a certain breed to do steroids and lifting should be your life. From the sounds of it, you are looking for an easy way out from hard work. By that I mean weight training not running or digging ditches.

The best thing to do might be to make frinds with an experienced lifter at the gym.

Brian like the other guys said,if your not too serious or committed to all aas involve, just stay natural.we can give you all kinds of advice but gear affects alot of people alot of different way.dont just jump into it read these knowledgable guys input on the many forums before you make that leap.just eat a ton of fish and chicken until u cant take it anymore continue to work hard and always up you weights every workout even if its 5lbs per bench or curl youll get your size.just think about it a little more.jmo
