Quick question(s)/help me interpret results

Ok so I did some separate bloodwork privately outta curiosity the other week before I go do my first 8 week TRT follow up and I’m trying to understand a couple of the results as the first one I did didn’t have free t or shbg (and this one was done after taking test while the other was before taking anything).

Firstly what’s a good amount of free test? As mine is a good amount above the reference range (180.5 while reference range is 35-155).

I’m pretty sure I am a good responder too as I only took 100/120mg x week these 2 months and my total test is nearly 1200 (1120) but I’m trying to understand everything so would like input on that too as the dose response usually is like 6-8x the dose not 10x (but hey I ain’t complaining that would mean I’d have 3000 off 300mg or sumn like that which is good).

For SHBG though I’m pretty sure it’s a bit high (39 n reference range is up to 50) so I’m not sure what to think/do bout that.

As for other stuff e2 was a minimal amount higher than reference which is 39 (not much but I also ain’t taking any AI so keep that in mind) n mine is at 40, but starting out I’m pretty sure my e2 was actually higher when I started (I vaguely remember it being 42 pre TRT I gotta check the old test).

As for hematocrit (only went up by a point from 45.5 to 46.9) and lipids etc… they are good although I need to eat less like shit cos my cholesterol is a bit higher than I’d like it but the GP didn’t mention that, I just noticed it on the test results (and knew it cos I routinely eat junk once I’ve eaten all my clean meals to reach my desired calories).

Idk if other stuff is of note but so far from what I’m reading based on the stuff I know it ain’t too bad right? Ik I should try to lower my e2 a lil bit but very little or even leave it but keep it in balance with the test amounts.

Anyways sorry for the long ass post but I just want to make sure everything is looking good, both to determine my response to this initial dosing (which I would consider my cruise, even though I’d probably enjoy it at 200 more so that’s sumn imma figure out later on) and also since I did plenty other panels due to my plan on blasting soon I want any type of input y’all could give as to which other things I could post to check if stuff is good (in general everything is in range apart from the expected stuff as in the test related things) as I want to do things as smartly as possible and bloodwork with this type of ‘extracurricular’ passion is everything (especially when one wants to go on a blast etc…).

If it helps I can post all the other stuff as I did albumin, cbc, tsh etc… but yeah I appreciate any feedback/help with analysing these results!

Hello! I think you shouldn't reduce your estradiol.
And your SHBG should be good.
Why didn't you attach the test results? It's so abstract.

Word thanks a guy replied in another thread n explained how it was totally normal so I didn’t post the screens (also I had every single result separate so it would have been a pain in the ass but you’re right).
Either way thanks for confirming that’s the case mane n have a good Sunday!

How often do you inject and how long after the injection was the testing done?

Twice a week this was done at trough (even avoided doing a shot I was going to do to make sure it was at the lower end of trough, so instead of doing it on Monday I waited til Friday)

So instead of injecting on monday you skipped it and took the blood test on Thursday? If so then that would mean that you are way over the top of the range normally. And all the numbers you posted would be much higher but we don't know by how much.
I always do my injections as per my normal schedule and draw blood the day before i inject so i can actually get a true sense of what is going on. Otherwise i am just totally guessing
