I just threw that out there incase security wasn’t an issue etc but nah I wouldn’t sign if ever requested, I mean I only ordered dick pills I don’t think it’s even a felony to get non controlled substances unless you get enough to distribute. He mentioned in emails to others that he’s going back to private sales, not sure what to believe tbh lol.
Ah my bad, 3 of us, I’m sure there’s more that haven’t said anything. Might send 1 last message tonight or tomorrow.

If it was me I would not be accepting any deliveries from him going forward signature or not dont matter because as I said earlier if r&r resurfaces you don't know whose on the other end of those emails especially with these stories about everything that could be the problem is "highly unlikely" or whatever it was he said things aren't adding up. I would take anonymous crypto refund only otherwise walk away.

He needs your last name and state!?!? Could someone please explain why. I’ve never had to give a refund on illegal drugs so not sure but couldn’t he just send the refund the same way he took money with a bitcoin address?

Yea I’ll probably just go for the refund if Rowdy ever responds to my emails. But I have a hard time believing le would go out of there way to get me for misdemeanor clialis/viagra as that’s all I ordered but you’re prob right in not even risk it tho, read an article about an le arresting and charging someone with a felony for viagra cause he either didn’t know the laws or he thought it was a controlled substance, it was dropped to a misdemeanor and/or dismissed but definitely a hassle I’d rather not have

Still why? According to him his protocol was to destroy all your info and emails after 7 days so he shouldn’t have any records unless he’s compiling it. The only record he should have is record of your payment.

He advised me he deleted all my info on his end. Sent the order to his shipper. So even though I sent our email chain back with my payment info, I believe he wanted to confirm the pack hasn’t already been shipped by his shipper BEFORE he refunds. The only way for him to do that was for me to resend him the last name I used and the state.

I suppose it may help with plausible deniability, even using your real name if you do things right it would be difficult for anyone to prove you actually ordered anything fake name just adds a little, at the very least it’ll make you feel more comfortable lol

I would think the Feds would be focusing their attention on large scale operations. If someone gets pinched, they usually will ask them to turn on their suppliers (upwards). Even if Rowdy were to get pinched, seems unlikely that they would ask him to turn on all his clients. Especially if we are talking couple hundred dollars worth of gear. But, I suppose it’s possible. Law enforcement does have a budget, but that budget is usually obtained via taxes so it does get wasted. Just like a great deal of taxes wasted on so much else. Govt is a lovely organization.
