Race to 405lb Squat

Rules: must hit depth (top of quad at hip below top of knee), bounce out of hole is ok, must lock out, belt/sleeves(elbow and knee) ok, walk out rack or monolift.

No suit, no wraps, no smith machine, no un identifiable plates, no specialty bars.

Unidentifiable plates? Like the black styrofoam ones that Brad Cassel.... dude uses to bench 675lbs in a tank top at a bodyweight of 215? God, I'd love to feed him my boot. What a phony asshole!
 
Social media fame man...guys made a career out of it.

if his lifts were legit he’d hold WRs and be lb/lb best lifter of all time lol. People like that would step up to the challenge.
Yeah, we all know it but a lot of people on YouTube believe it. Guys are busting their ass to get their #s up and he pulls that shit. I saw 1 guy bench 605 in a t-shirt but he was 5'8 and 285lbs and is a known powerlifter. He was #5 in the world squatting at one point and the guys above him outweighed him by 50+lbs. No way that YouTube fluffer is even close to him.
