Raw purity

Since the tests have been coming out on a few ugl labs and the dosages have been coming up decent would you assume that the raws are better quality then what was typically though as of past few years? the consensus has been that china raws are no better then 50%. since most people would also agree that the ugls don't test purity of the raws then I guess that would prove the raws being produced today at this time were actually a lot better then thought..
