Im 29 years old , body fat about 15% 170lbs give or take , currently getting ready for next run. Ive ran several cycles and ready to really grow. I already have oils and orals on hand but unsure on the labs. Anyways bros i plan on starting cycle in Jan or February and if I hear too much more negative shit about the gear I have I will cut my losses and get the right gear. Test Prop 100mg EOD - 1-12 weeks
Tren Ace 100mg EOD - 1-6 weeks
NPP 100mg EOD - 6-12 weeks
Dbol 50mg twice daily AM PM- 4 weeks
Proviron 50mg daily
Nolvadex 20md daily
Have adex on hand incase i need it and looking for caber because i really wanna run the Tren/NPP same time but dont wanna deal with the prolactin buildup . Currently eating 3600 cals tryin to get the stomach ready for the appetite that comes with cycling gonna shoot for 5000 calories and workouts are going to be one group daily no cardio because my body dont store fat much anyways
stretches start each workout prior
Monday- Chest Heavy
Tuesday - Back
Wednesday - Shoulders
Thursday - Arms
Friday-Chest Light
Saturday-Legs
Sunday-Rest
Abs will be 15mins daily after a good stretch

All my life ive ate good healthy foods never gained Ive only been training 2 years but i have had to work and manage all the bills while the wife raises kiddo so my diet hasnt always been strict on time and exercise i didnt get to make as i planned because im pipefitter boilermaker and to fuckin tired to move after work. well enough about me guys what yall think about my new years resolution i wanna sit at 205 10% BF by spring break 2015
