Just curious, what is a trt "cycle"? I've just recently started trt, and the way it was explained to me it's for life lol.

lol im trying to type this fast and write it fast I meant trt dose. I meant that some cycles I was just taking small doses just to maintain and mainly I was taking it to keep my sex drive up and not lifting hard.

I understand the bias with taking couple bottles free for doing a journal with bloods yes I understand. You don't know me. I get that. But I still don't give a fuck. I would still do it. Gear isn't magic. Everyone has crazy lives. Diet is more important than gear. Run all you want but don't eat right it, it won't do shit. Just wasting money. I have my bad days but still force myself to get my 6-7 meals a day. If you are focused or driven no point of running cycles. Did you doc subscribe your trt? Or you blasting and cruising? If so I don't think that's the right choice for you. So you plan on doing this forever? 12 cycles and 170 smh. What did weight did you start using gear? That's pretty much natty stats. Diet needs work before you jump into gear. I've learned this over the last 3 years I thought gear was magic. I was said yea I'm eating enough. Then I meet the right people and realized I wasn't eating close to enough. I said it another post gear is about 20 percent. The rest is diet, training and lifestyle
 
There are too many people here that shouldn't be running anything. I agree great place to learn but a lot of people need to learn how to train and diet before you touch gear. No hate but I see it at the gym each day too. Too many guys using who have no idea how to train or eat right. I

It's just the way it is here. The wise ones ignore it and use the site for the wealth of information it provides. The unwise take the bait and get lured into these slug-fests.

Pro tip: easiest way to avoid all the bs is to stay out of the underground and stick to the nutrition and training forums. Coincidentally, this is where the best information and most helpful members are usually found too.

Amen! I spent 20 years putting on 70 lbs natty, 1 year on TRT gained me another 10. Currently in my first blast with test levels at 2400, and quickly realized it's not magic if your diet is off. Lesson learned for next time!
 
I agree with everything you said. I'm really going to look into labs. Do you know if you can order a kit and take your own blood and send it in without going to lab Corp or whoever? That's a fucking time hassle. And kinda embarrassing they'll kno what you're doing. You kno?
It being a hassle probably depends on where you live. I live in a fairly small city and the Quest location is 5 minutes from my house. I went at 8:00 AM and was out of there by 8:15. Did it feel shady? Yes, especially when she asked me "so do you bodybuild?" I didn't really care, though. Her job is to draw blood and mind her own business.

It can be harsh around here and it is tough as fuck to keep quiet sometimes.
I too have been guilty of shaming but we are all here for a reason... We are here to get better!

I'll blast and cruise a while. I e spent months off everything few times. Honestly gear isn't just for bodybuilding for me. The sex drive is great. Acne sucks balls. Over all it's changed my body for the good atleast on the outside. I'll prob need trt after this I'm 30 years old so I'm prob fucked as far as recovering my nat test back. I'm gonna try like hell yho with some hcg tho. Never really ran harsh gear. Winstrol maybe. I was just using the term trt as in trt dose. 250. I've been using cjc and grhp6 a while now. Used mk677 loved it. Used ipamorelin a while. I'm very guilty of being lazy or victimized. I'll be on cycle and something fucked up in my life will happen and it destroys everything. I have really bad depression and It's like the stress turns my body completely catabolic and reverses everything I worked for. I literally lost 4 years of work in about 4 months. My diet is good. Just appetite is all. I eat really good naturally. Obviously everyone almost could use work perfecting there diet but overall I just need appetite that's mainly why I added grhp6 recently. After this cycle I plan on running a kick ass pct. including hcg and bridging with peptides and prob hcg. 170-180 is big for me. When I started running gear I was around 145. I know it's a stretch to want to go up to 200 with this cycle but that's my goal. 200 pounds without compromising abs is what I want.

I pinned 3ml more to load up some eq. 400eq and 200 more mast e. Couldn't help myself. But if I'm gonna be able to tell if it's good gear it's better I load large doses the first week to be able to quick change. Fuck it. I might run the mast at 600. I don't know. But I pinned 3ml in one spot so If there's gonna be any pip I'll know by tomorrow morning when I wake up.

Got a pack was pretty good ta the tren did give me burning of the chest and a slight breathing issue same as 24k did I asked if the burning happens to anyone else in 24k thread. 24k told me some of the oil gets into blood and goes into heart and lungs when I asked him about if. Also got some test I'll be doing labs asap.
