Real or fake Organon sust amps?

I've searched a few forums, but haven't found exact pics of these so I'm checking with you guys. Everything else from source has been real, but I want to be sure.
The amps are clear with one white stripe around the neck. The liquid is clear. The info is printed on the amp itself in yellow ink. (no paper label). The batch number starts with 1008 and exp date shows 11/1008. The batch # and exp date are printed under the yellow print in black.

Also, this is my first time with an amp. I bought the triangle file as recommended, but after I get the top off, then what? Do I just stick the needle in it and suck it up like a straw or is there an actual method involved? I appreciate your help.

They sound ok because I got some that I know are good and they look exactly like what your describing, my 'batch number' is 010866xv and they also expire in 2008..
