Rear delts with shoulders or back training?

Rear delts with shoulders or back. I've heard you can do it either or , with traps or rear delts.

For me I'm kind of leaning towards traps with shoulders because I some what feel them engage when I'm doing side delts, and then
Rear delts with back because I feel them working when I'm doing my back work, rows excreta.

For me that makes more sence to not over work them back to back, although shoulders are hit with basically all your lifts except legs.

Don't overthink it try both, whatever feels better go with it

Depends on the volume of training that i have for each workout. I tend to throw it in where the workload is lower.

I do front and side delts on push day
Rear delts after back on pull day

Very noticeable difference in my rear delt development since I made the change in my training. I think it is because, instead of coming last as an accessory exercise, it now comes first, after back.
Before, rear delts was almost an after thought
Now it is a priority. The difference in my shoulders aesthetically is night and day now.

I'm with you on that, except I dont need to do any front delt work at this time they get hit nicely with my push work and are over developed compared to the rear, side delts are coming in nicely too, so the rear is what I'm focusing on really.

Do it with whichever you prefer. I do a little bit of shoulders on both push and pull days. Although the training is slightly different. On push days, it’s more pressing and side laterals. On pull days, it’s typically more upright rows and rear delts. However, I do mix and match sometimes with the shoulder work if I’m feeling it that day. I’ve found that my delts can easily handle the overall 20+ sets per week and have grown substantially and gained a more capped look since I’ve started training them 4x every 8 days (since they get hit on both push and pull days).
