Reasonable shipping time?

longest I can remember waiting for a dom without a fuckup on the source end was around 2 weeks.

Sometimes some are slow with sending and they will print the label but not drop off for another 2 days. I would say average around 7 business days to get pack and good would be 3 to 4 biz days.

I get that things happen. I run my own business I get behind sometimes too. Most people are understanding if you let them know what's going on and when they can expect service. You can't just tell them be patient and not give a time-frame and expect them to continue to do business with you. I would have been fine if he just followed up and said "Hey we're running an extra two weeks behind and this is when you can expect it to get in the mail".

yeah I read through the rest of the posts after I responded.

I too have seen the QSC rep be a dick in this forum and heard about him being a dick through other lines of communication. Unfortunately you found out late.
