Receiving international packages in a legal country

Live in a place where steroids are legal and can be bought over the pharmacy counter (some are very expensive, around US$40 for one 250mg shot Testoviron. Can make use of other items which are cheaper, nolva and clomid being two)

As I know nothing about international laws my question is this:

Where do I stand on receiving packages through international mail? The package would come through America first then onto where I am through courier service.

As they are legal here I guess I am good to receive them trouble free but coming through the US throws an unknown factor in there

Don't assume it is legal to import AAS just because it is legal to buy from a local pharmacy or local source within the country.

For example, AAS are legal/decriminalized to buy for personal use in the UK and Canada but strictly illegal to import from outside the country.

The US might not intercept the package in American soil at all as it is intended for another country where it might be legal.
Usually you can choose which courier to use so you may want to use another one. Now the hard part is determining what routes different couriers use.

Noted.

As I don't know that's why I am posting on here :-)

I may be mistaken but in the UK everything that is available over the counter in the pharmacy would also then be legal to have posted to you from outside the country, is that correct?

Steroids may be decriminalized for possession in the UK but I don't believe you can buy steroids over the counter, if you cannot then that is what would make it illegal to import as they are classes as controlled substances, again I do not know the situation so may be mistaken.

OK this is on the basis that even if they opened it and concluded what the substances were they still may not intercept as it is headed for a legal destination?

They would be in disguised packages, do not know about exact routes but would come from outside the US and go through Miami before leaving the US again.

Yes, possession laws may permit AAS. But importation laws may prohibit AAS.

If you are importing into the U.S. to a forwarding service in Miami, it doesn't make any difference - you are still importing in violation of federal laws it into the U.S. making it subject to seizure by customs. It is irrelevant what the final destination may be.

Suppose a legal mexico vet company legally buys boldenone or so from china/india and the boat/plane makes a refuelling stop in the states then of course they won't be intercepting every single package for them as it's legal both in the from and to countries and steroids are not listed in international drug treaties. Just my opinion.

That has nothing to do with the mail system.
