Everything is fine, liver is perfect no worries there. I see nothing bad EXCEPT

Your kidneys man. Those are not looking good. Your cistatin C is high and that's not ok.

How many liters you drink a day? How high the protein?

i drink 135oz minimum of just water, high protein mostly from chicken, eggs, yogurt, milk, and 1 whey isolate shake per day only ,,

So enough water and not too much protein... How's your BP?
130/74 , 132/78, 123/71, 129/62, 130/73 , thats some recent readings, i just had a complete heart check , everything except a calcium score, but heart dr said everything is good, i had hep c 15 years ago but treated with a medicine that kills it so to speak, i've recently had a lung ct scan EVERYTHING came back Normal,,

Your BP is not high enough to justify kidney damage.

Post some blood to compare prior to slupp use... Because it's the only unknown thing that could fucking with your kidney at the moment as I never heard of NPP Test or HGH to"kills" your kidney... Even so I didn't hear ppl complaining of fucked up kidney marker or slupp but ppl don't monitor their blood markers much so there is fhat

So it's getting better... Shit you had it even worse before.

Btw ferritin need to be fixed too. Do you donate blood?
i did some Tren A for about a month right around that high point , till i found out i Can't handle Tren even at 75 mg a week , i cant donate blood because of prior hep c virus , i have recently been taking iron bisglycinate , switching from regular iron supplements,,

Any recent muscular injuries? Any new medications or antibiotics? When I pulled my groin all those same markers were high. Plus the antibiotics impacted my liver and kidney markers.

TL;DR ,,,, well i had ulner nerve/cts surgery in October 2024 and they had to re-route my ulner nerve and then i got a slight infection in November , a dissolving stitch didn't dissolve so my body was trying to absorb it until i went back complaining and they found the problem and popped a pocket of puss that i didn't even know was there, it was so painful right there by your funny bone, but they put me on keflex for a week that was late November, But this left elbow surgery was a LAGGING healing process, I've just started back in the gym on January 1st this year and been taking it super slow as to not aggravate my elbows,,

Did you hydrate prior to getting bloodwork?
Are you supplementing Astragalus? If not I'd hop on it ASAP.
Do you eat red meat?

Any other OTC supplements?
i Could have been more hydrated, yes and yes i take Astragulus every night, I eat very little red meat once or twice a month,,

I don't want to alarm you but the best you could do right now is having an eco to your kidneys to see how they are doing. You can get a lot of info from it. If you have any kidney stones, any cysts etc.

Your kidneys are suffering right now, filtration is down and it's at a level that if it doesn't improve it will lead to kidney failure in the future.

However we don't know right now what is causing it so that's why I suggest the ECO to have a better general idea.

ok ill talk to my pcp about it ASAP ,

I could be maybe exaggerating a bit or maybe not it's just that I have a very close relative that is in final stage of kidney failure just hanging there before having to start dialysis so I'm very sensible to any kidney markers that are out of place.

Your cystatin C is improving from 2024 so maybe it's gonna just get better and it was all from the surgery... I don't know... But an ECO doesn't hurt you and could just makes you sleep better knowing kidneys looks fine and it's nothing major
