Yes sorry, my bad!You mean kidney marker not liver right? XD
Update: Kidney as well as liver ultrasounds have been ordered from pcp, now awaiting "Insurance Approval" which shouldn't be a problem, he also orderd some more exotic liver tests due to my prior Hep c infection, Annd he didn't even scoff at my high tt which is a relief, i am so blessed to have a decent pcp,, Will update more as i get information,,
Thanks for bringing that to my attention, good info, but im doing ok as far as how steep my calorie deficit is , its nothing extreme according to this BMR calculator etc,,,, , what BMR formula would someone use as there are several? i also track my Active energy on my apple watch and im consistent since last year as far as averages go, ,
1. Harris-Benedict Equation
- Men: BMR=66.5+(13.75×weight in kg)+(5.003×height in cm)−(6.75×age)
- Women: BMR=655.1+(9.563×weight in kg)+(1.850×height in cm)−(4.676×age)
2. Mifflin- St. Jeor Equation
- Men: BMR=(10×weight in kg)+(6.25×height in cm)−(5×age)+5
- Women: BMR=(10×weight in kg)+(6.25×height in cm)−(5×age)−161
They should be quite close, but best would be a nutritional+activity diary where you perform your computations for your unique body.
