Recipes for injectable amino acids, vitamin c, glutathione and the like

I was trying to make injectable glutathine at 250mg/ml. When I was mixing the powder in sterile water+BA, it was mixing well and solution was clear for about half the powder. When I mixed the remaining half of the powder for 250mg/ml, it turned cloudy. Stirring on a hot plate with low temp did not seem to help. Eventually, the powder and water separated.

As a 1st step, when I mixed the following Baxter sterile water with BA, two kinda stayed separated.

Can you guys suggest why I am running into this issue? Is the sterile water the problem, instead of distilled water?

Any suggestions will be greatly appreciated.

Have the same issue. Mine suspended fine. At 200mg ml. But left over night and I ended up with a pile of glutathione at the bottom of my vial . Made another and it stayed cloudy. Would not suspend . Glutathione doesn't like heat either. But I still can't figure out why it won't suspend

I hope someone with experience will help out here.

I bought some from Amino Asylum; 200mg/ml glutathine, 150mg/ml VitaminC and some B12. Smooth as butter. Dont know how they are doing it especially with VitaC at 150mg/ml. I had some pharma VitaC at 75mg/ml and had a significant bite to it.

Possible maybe add some benzyl benzoate could help suspend .

Yes, I will start by studying the recipes for water based injectable AAS and get some ideas from there.

Not too sure, the only one I've seen up here is 500mg/ml and it just lists 1.5% BA i believe and nothing else. Others have mentioned heat when mixing but I'm looking to make it myself at that concentration would be nice to know (Carnitine)

I did not brew the glutathione. I am about to brew my first batch of l carnitine but am very nervous as I don’t want to cause infection. I will be using BA , distilled water. Carnitine base and a .22u syringe filter

by biggest concern will be in sterilizing my mixing beaker. As I will need to set it in the oven upside down but am nervous about the opEn end touching the oven grates and causing contamination
What i do for all brews.

1 clean beaker with dish soap and brush
2 rinse with boiling water
3 rinse with rubbing alcohol 70%
4 rinse with distilled water
5 cover lid with aluminum foil
Put in oven

Anybody knows L-Carnitine L-tartarate is good for injection? I can’t source Base in my country.
L-carnitine L-tartrate (LCLT) is a supplement that’s composed of L-carnitine bound to tartaric acid (a salt). The tartaric acid is essentially inert; however, and exists simply to stabilize and deliver the L-carnitine. In other words, LCLT is basically just a more stable L-carnitine for digeestion in the small intestine. For injection I believe it would work but not sure about any PIP...

Yeah I used L-tartarate in my injection. I could not get the other L-carnitine powder to dissolve. The tartarate disovles with ease and I made a 1000mg/ml solution from it, so I inject less fluid.

Did it work well? How is the pip? No other ingredients besides water and BA?

You’ll be mixing non sterile compounds in your beaker, zero point in worrying about having it sterile, that’s what your syringe filter is for.
Exactly, just wash it out to begin with and that's good enough. The oil may be already sterile but the raws and the BA and BB won't be so no need for the beaker to be sterile. I prefer bottle top filters myself but same difference.

I usually use dawn, a scrubby, and then distilled water, then rubbing alcohol for the beacker. To make sure it nice and clean.

Typical doses for liposomal/lypospheric glutathione for oral use are around 400mg; check out on amazon.
Asylum amino sells an injectable form that is 200 or 250mg/ml. I will be using 400-500mg in injectable form
Any idea why there's so much PIP in AA Glutathione or a even better question how to not get that if we were make our own? I'm assuming it's the ph level but I'm wondering if just a little bit of baking soda could bring it down just enough so there wasn't any PIP.lol. see personally I've made oils and everything for probably 8 years maybe 9 But I've never tried any water based compounds but would like to get into some different amino acid blends. Anybody that could give me any advice point me in my direction. I would a greatly appreciate it. Thank you in advance.

One of the questions obviously I know I need BA to St. Don't water but it's BB ever used in these recipes recipes or any other solvents for that matter such as EO? I was also wondering if maybe they would dissolve in something like PEG 600?

Ps80 or just buffered sterile water for aminoacid. Check the ingredient list on hospital amino acid infusion usually is reported the pH of the solution too. You can adjust with naoh or some pure acetic acid else.

@scientifik wouldn't there be endotoxins or other contamination when using regular glutathione powder? Filtering it won't get everything out, I would think?

And shouldn't it be lyophilized?

What you said about the buffered water makes a lot of sense. There's this IM glutathione manufacturer that uses glutathione sodium. As opposed to regular glutathione. It's also dissolved in vitamin c and 0.9% sodium chloride:
