Hello everyone, like the title says a new friend that’s been a lot of help to me recommended that I make a post in this thread so I wanted to take him up on that advice. I’m new to interacting on meso. I read the sticky thread on the “cycle log” posts so hopefully I follow all of the guidelines to this.
— I’m getting ready to start up a new cycle and I’m open to any credible advice you guys have. Currently I’m just maintaining my test c doses at 500mg/ week. My last cycle that ended about 5 weeks ago consisted of test c at 500mg/ week and Dbol oral at 25mg/ week for the first 3 weeks and then 50mg/ week for the second 3. I was happy with my results from that. I’ve always responded well to test c and Dbol in the past so my results were about what I expected for only being on those 2.
— Just before I had ran that cycle I decided to give some SARM’s a shot and see what I thought of those. I know everyone has an opinion on SARM’s and whether they’re worth the time or not. I’m the type of person that tends to form my own opinion on things like that, but at the same time I do prefer good advice and substances that have a little more history and knowledge behind them. I ran a 12 week cycle of rad140, yk11 and mk677 with my test c. I won’t deny that I had gained mass on them. The gains weren’t as dry as I would like them to have been. I did notice some slight improvements on strength and endurance but not like I typically would with aas’s. They had some major downsides too even having a pct on hand I still ended up with some symptoms like the deca dick I’ve heard stories about but never personally experienced. Also when I ran my blood work about 6 weeks into it my T levels came back at 7… single digit that wasn’t a typo. I upped my test doses and added to my pct until I was able to get my T levels to start coming back up. I get my blood work done pretty regularly so I knew that definitely wasn’t normal for me, not even close!
— This cycle I’m going to start in the next week I was planning to run test c, anadrol, and getting back on hgh. I thought about adding some tren a or npp into that. Please give me your guys’ thoughts and suggestions about this cycle plan or any other advice you might have. Thank you for taking the time to read through and thank you in advance for any advice or input. Hopefully I didn’t violate any of the rules in this post. Also open to advice on vendors for finished oils and I’m in the research phase of trying to find a good source on some raw powders. Im a bit of a control freak and would love to start home brewing my own for myself. Since joining on here I have been tossed a couple bones and like the vendors I’ve looked into but I’m always open to hearing about more that I can look into. I’ve never expected anything to be handed to me in life and I don’t see any of this as any different. I don’t want to come off as one of the new guys that made an account just to try and gather up sources from whoever will kick them my way. Really the only “vendor” I’ve bought from recently was colonial and I wasn’t very impressed… I caught a part of the test batch that went out and was crippling people lbs. That shit hurt and I’m hesitant to go back to them. From what I’ve read that result isn’t that typical from them but I’ve heard other stories about people finding floaters in their gear and a few other things. For the most part I’ve gotten my gear from a guy I train martial arts with which is part of what pushed me to getting more involved on here..

Did I read correctly that 5 weeks ago you were “on cycle” with 500mg plus an oral and now you’re cruising on 500mg without an oral and soon you’re looking to go back “on cycle” at an unspecified dosage? Or did I misread something. I’m hoping I just misread you.

Not a bad intro but don’t be afraid to give details like height/weight. Years training, age, what country you’re in. Your current workout split and modifications you’re planning for when you go “back on” the more info you’re willing to share the better equipped we are to offer suggestions and steer you in the right direction

Did you plan to blast and cruise from this point or is pct something you’re looking into? Can you share the template for your upcoming cycle so we can go over it as a community?

Bro, all kinds of concerns here. First, your sarm cycle had test c in the mix but testosterone level was a 7 at week 6? Your last cycle ended 5 weeks ago and you're still cruising on 500mg? You're still on cycle man, 500mg isn't a cruise dose. Some guys have posted they do cruise that high, and technically you could get away with it for a little while.

Sounds like your last cycle was 6 weeks long. Normally 500mg test cycles last 12 to 16 weeks, then either cruise or pct. You should probably get bloodwork to check your health markers tbh. You didn't specify how much time elapsed between the sarm cycle and your last cycle either.

@Tiredandhot @WannaBeBIG I apologize currently cruising at 250/week with the test c atm. I had fallen asleep last night after my nightly routine, woke up hungry and wanted to get this thread posted off of the recommendation @Tiredandhot had given me in our recent conversations. Between trying to get some grub in, being half awake and needing to get back to sleep to be up a few hours later for work I overlooked that completely. As far as time between my SARM cycle and my one before that, there was a lot of time in between those. I ended up having to cancel a Muay Thai fight I was training for that was supposed to take place this past June but in mid April I started to have some issues with my left elbow. By may it looked like I was carrying a large golf ball under my skin. I ended up having to have my elbow rebuilt at the end of June. I went to one of the best orthopedic surgeons in the nation. He told me I needed to have the operation done. We had done a few rounds of cortisol to see if I could push the operation off long enough to make the fight. I had put a very extensive amount of training in for that fight and I had already dropped the weight I wanted to do I could compete at 170lb, which was a pretty decent drop for me that took a couple months to complete in a way to keep my strength and stamina. Needless to say I was too determined to make it to the fight that day. The orthopedic told me if I had the operation done there was a 1% chance I’d have anymore issues with the elbow or complications from the operation… I ended up being that 1%. While the ortho was in my elbow he “accidentally” cut a tendon, then his nurse made a call to pull my stitches way before they were supposed to come out. That led to an internal infection that they said I couldn’t have done anything differently to prevent. My purposed 8 week recovery turned into 5 months. This was an extremely depressing time for me in all honesty. Training has always been a huge part of my life. Typically I train everyday unless something comes up that I have to take care of for my daughter or my girl. About mid December I was able to start training again ramping back up. As far and my training splits I train Muay Thai and ju jitsu Tuesdays and Thursdays those trainings between the 2 of them usually go about 4 hours each. On the weeks I know my girl is taking our daughter to dance I hit the weights early Wednesday morning, those of us in the advance group for MT we meet on the mat at our training gym at 10am for a class we do until noon. Those of us that have the day open start getting into some sparring after we get a quick lunch in that you’re not going to toss back up. That’s from noon until 2pm. At 2pm we either start open mat for whoever wants to come. Open mat runs until 4:30/ 5pm because we have kids classes that start at 5. Other than Wednesdays I hit the weights every morning Tuesday through Friday. I work 12hr shifts Saturday, Sunday, Monday. If I have to be in at 5:30am I get a quick lift in before work. If I have to be in at 4am then I get my lift in after work.

Good to know the sarm cycle was a while ago, and you're cruising at 250. I'm not quite sure the answer to when to start your next cycle. Your last one was short, it should have went twice as long. Some guys do time on=time off before next cycle, some prefer longer. You're at the 6 week mark so you probably could start...

As far as test, hgh, and adrol, I think those are good choices and ones I've used. Having never used tren or npp, I Don't have anything to add other than reading many comments on here from tren users, I'd avoid it personally.

Wait to see what others say, I'm interested in when others think to start your next one and their choice of compounds.

I was trying to get through my work week before starting. I had planned on starting back up this week. I’ve read a decent amount of what other people have had to say about tren as well which is why I hadn’t made up my mind on it yet. I’ve been leaning towards staying away from it for now.

So with any martial art it’s a fine line training for strength and stamina while competing in the lowest weight class possible. I am stoked you’re already a big guy with lots of training experience plus dietary convictions like when you dropped weight for competition. These aspects will aid you greatly moving forward.

I’ve used Tren and am using it currently for my recomp cycle going on and I have found success by gradually increasing my doses by 10mg per day every week until sides become intolerable. Tren will absolutely cause some emotional issues to flare up if you’re sensitive to it but this time around I’m personally calm and zen compared to hyper aroused in constant flight/ fight mode. I attribute the success this time to my slow increase in dose.

Tren is a winner for combat sports and as long as you keep hydrated and your estrogen under control you’re good usually. Some have issues with kidneys some with livers while on Tren but I have no experience dealing with harsh sides like that.

For your next cycle a priority should be growth and maintenance of strength/speed/stamina. This can be accomplished with a testosterone only cycle or adding in some Tren or Masteron at a dose you can tolerate. Test/mast/Tren is my favourite combo and what I’m currently running and enjoy it’s effects. Tren might give you some extra strength and aggression which would help during your MT training but you run the risk of being too aroused and losing focus. Dose is important here.

But the truth is even at your cruise dose you’ll make gains better than a natural competitor and anything over that cruise dose will simply grow you faster and more effectively.

I haven’t experience with orals so I can’t really comment on them but liver support like NAC and TUDCA are essential compounds while running orals. Just in case you weren’t aware. If you run an oral look for one which increases strength or helps with recomp. My suggestion would be anadrol or anavar respectively. Don’t run them for too long to give your liver a break or split up your use 4 weeks start/end of your cycle.

Like mentioned above I would strive to stick with stable dosages for a run around 12 weeks to get the max benefits of the cycle. Any shorter and you’re not really being more efficient but selling yourself short on gains. You need the time in to see results and longer cycles simply work better even at moderate doses compared to high dose shorter cycles.

So how often are you training combat sports a week + how many lifting sessions and you work 3 days a week at 12 hour shifts plus you’re a dad with all the chores and responsibilities that go with that? Man you must sleep really well at night to recover from all that. It’s impressive once you see all you’re doing.

What do your workouts look like? The gym is where you can maximize your muscle gain systematically to aid in recovery from the combat sports while still getting stronger. Depending on how you’re lifting now I’m sure there are ways to tweak it to make the workouts better suit your needs which change slightly while enhanced

That line between training for strength/ stamina while trying to make a weight is always something you have to have your mind made up on in these kinds of sports. It’s the same with wrestling too. In high school I won the state title in my weight class sophomore, junior and senior year. I was always jumping around weight classes until my senior year when I told my coaches I wanted to stay heavier and didn’t want to keep dropping weight classes all of the time.

My health is always first and foremost since I am a father now I can’t risk anything too crazy happening. I have a pretty all encompassing health protocol on hand.

I will be running my test doses high for 12 weeks. The orals I’ve always been taught to run orals for 4-6 weeks depending on blood work at the 4 week mark. I’ve never used mast I don’t know a ton about it, but I will definitely look into it.

I train MT/ bjj 3 times a week and shadow box daily. I hit the weights 4 days a week. Sunday & Monday are my days off from training. With the 12hr work days I can usually get a workout in the first work day, but the 2nd 2 work starts taking its toll. It’s helped a lot since I’ve worked my way off of the floor and into management at work… well physically lol mentally management is way more draining. My work ethic has always been 2nd to none. My dad and uncle instilled that into me young. My uncle has taught a couple styles of karate my whole life and him and my father have always trained weights together. My father will be 73 this year and looks like he’s in his late 40’s, my uncle is the same way. I definitely sleep very hard at night. My girl is always jealous that I fall asleep in about 30 second lol.

As far as my lifts I always superset my lifts. I do my bench, squats and deadlifts at sets of 12 reps. My auxiliary lifts I do sets of 20. If I’m doing individual arms like hammer curls then I do 20 per arm.

I’m going to be 32 in august. I’m 6’3 currently 230lbs at 12% body fat. I’m planning to blast and cruise for a while. I’m in the states. I’ve been training martial arts my entire life. I’ve also lifted weights since I was 14.
Almost the same numbers as big arnold back in the day off season. Dont think he was better than 8% on stage back then. Looks to me like you have done well. Plenty cardio and weight training and holding 12%. I think all you need is to do what you are doing a little safer. (Listen to the guys advices franko and you wont be a child) sorry had to say that. Play it safe and keep up the good work. Obviously you train hard. Just be wise with your cycles. You only have one set of organs and you will miss them when they fail. Good work.

It’s been a little while since I posted on this thread. I’m half way through week 6 of my cycle. I ended up going with test, mast, adrol and hgh. I also added in dhb 10 days ago. So far I’ve been really happy with how everything’s been going. My training intensity has increased immensely. Yesterday I pinched at 10% body fat which also made me really happy!
