Recovered, start next cycle?

So I've seen that the general rule of thumb is cycle + period before pct + pct = time off before next cycle. My question is if I've gotten bloods back showing my levels have rebounded in a shorter time frame is it still recommended to wait it out or is that more for those who don't check their levels between cycles?

Thanks

I highly recommend you go with the "rule of thumb" it's the safest and give time for your body to balance.

I would say wait it out I didn't wait and fucked my self up ended up not recovering later
+1

I am nearly done with pct after my first ever Test E cycle and I am going to play it safe and waiting 8 weeks or so after I complete pct before hopping back on.

Thanks, I'll just wait it out. Starting a month early and risking a shitty recover next time around ain't worth it.
Good plan. Keep your diet and training on point will help you keep a good bit of the gains till you start your next cycle. That is working for me so far.

You guys violate people on this site all the time but you all seem like a bunch of sweethearts to me. Or maybe it's just the clomid. Lol either way i appreciate all the feedback

There is nothing but love for the people that are here for the right reasons

You asked a good question and you got a good answer in return. :)

That's actually a solid question Sr. Liftinshit, most people come on here and ask bullshit questions but yours is well thought out with evidence presented from bloodwork, etc. I would suggest waiting longer so your body gets used to the homeostasis that it is in now.... your natty levels.

Your last comment you say you are on clomid still? I cant tell if that was a joke or not but if you are on clomid your bloods will not be accurate, you must wait a month or so after your last AI dose before taking bloods.

The clomid line was a joke. As I get more active on here you'll see I can be a lil sarcastic. But to answer you, yes I'm off everything at the moment.

I have always done 2-14 week cycles a year, that's 12 weeks off between cycles,
I have done exactly that for almost 40 yrs.
I just had by bloods done my ast was 2 points high everything else was within the normal ranges.
if your in it for the long run and want to be a healthy old man you need to take the time off.
hell if you gain 1 pound a cycle over 40 yrs you will gain 80 lbs.

Yea this was my first cycle and I liked it but health comes first. Even with a pretty shitty diet and basic pct I kept 6lbs and about 90% strength. Right now I'm working on diet during my off time.

Thanks

Make no mistake about it impatience is the bane of many who run PEDS, especially those with limited experience.

Here's a few examples of how being impatient can bite you in the arse

- impatience when ordering PEDs
and being scammed as a result

- impatience after an injury expecting unproven "therapies" will expedite recovery,

- impatience during PCT the net effect being prolonged HTPA

- impatience when running AAS believing more is better

- impatience when searching for gains thru the use of AAS, minimizing or completely ignoring the importance diet and exercise.

- impatience when searching for a wife ----- oops, but you get the point :)

Or the short version: Patience is a virtue!

One other question for ya, when I start my next cycle I'll be running prop again. Last cycle was 100mg eod. Keep it the same or bump it up to like 120 or 150 this time around? Goals are mild bulk and strength gains.
