Recovery peptides in series or stacked?

I am interested to know what people think about how best to run recovery peptides (such as BPC157, TB500, Copper peptide). In isolation, in a stack or in series?

I can see it might be appeal, if training heavily, to have a bit of recovery aid going on in the background. So one could, for example, run BPC 157 one month, TB 500 the next. However, I can also see that different recovery peptides will up regulate some of the same things. This could leave to some receptors being on perma blast if one ran through the recovery peptides in series? This would go against the principles of cycling.

I am wondering if the answer for injury is not a recovery peptide stack at a pretty big dose slowly tapering try to enhance the natural reaction) but for general recovery enhancement in training I am not sure how well one can get more than a month on, month off approach. But what do you guys think? Do some of you "perma blast" peptides with success?

Below is a table of the effect of copper peptide on gene stimulation and suppression. There is a lot going on with just one peptide, to run another afterwards will have an effect, to even run another in parallel is likely to cause some clashes.

Table 1.

I’ve ran mega doses(5 to 20mg or more)of Bpc daily for almost 5 years straight, no issues.
I’ll add TB500 occasionally
I’ll pass on the ghk and kpv
Good luck.
What puts you off GHK? I happen to be on my first trial of it now, so I am interested. I saw what it is doing to my wrinkles (not a motivation for trying it) and thought "Something good is likely to be happening inside, if this is happening outside"

Bpc and tb500 are just far superior for what im looking to accomplish. Also, not interested in running several different peptides. Glad it’s working well for you.

Its all early days for me at the moment. I wouldn't be bold enough to say anything was definitely working. While you can often tell early on if something is not good for you, one needs a big data set to smooth out the variables from life and training to say if it really makes enough difference for you to be worth it or what its mild side effects really are. I can see that getting the hang of PEDs will take time and trying things in isolation. Good advice to reduce the experimenting is invaluable.

I have used BPC and TB before but not very well in an experimental way. I have muddled them up together when things hurt. I am now planning to fairly regularly do one recovery peptide in isolation with a wash out between and then at least start to gather un corrupted data.

All 3 I stack them, and they all work well in tandem to speed healing. I've used these to help heal a tear after surgery and they work.

what specific benefits are you seeing with using ghk peptide? And what dose are using? tia

i've used bpc157/tb frag combo after surgeries and i have to admit it worked very well for me, my surgeon was astonished at how well the scars disappeared in only 4 week post op , I healed up like a "WOLVERINE",,,,,

Im running glow blend -
2mg ghk, 480mcg tb, 320mcg bpc pre bed seems to be help with the nagging injuries that are always there but idk if the ghk is really doing anything and I’ve doubled the dose a few times throughout the week as well just to see if I noticed anything different but I didn’t so I’m just running this dose for 50 days.

Its very early days for me with GHK (10 days in, really just trying it out, when I have nothing in particular very wrong but not really on top either) What I can say for sure is my wrinkles are less. I took photos on day zero and I think they are better than on BPC, where I also notice a difference. I have a bit of a sore hip at the moment -Sartorius, Gracilis, hip flexor and glute med all a bit iffy. I ran 27 miles the other day (a bit far for me) and so its not really fair to judge the peptide on anything but what appears to be better collagen synthesis. I had 1 mg the first 2 days, then went to 2mg, just going to use up the first vial in the kit and see what I think. I also note that some patches of what looked like dermatitis from work gloves has cleared up almost completely.

Certainly seems to agree with my skin, might just be one of those great slow burn helpers but its early days.

That’s super interesting. I suffer from autoimmune bs and hgh makes my inflammation so much more tamable. Made my crp go down slightly even.
I guess I should clarify, any generic hgh I've taken has caused this. At low dosages as well. I took a 2 year break from hgh and recently got qsc 40iu kits, dosing 2iu a day and 15 days in im already wanting to quit. However, in the past I ran Genotropin and the difference was night and day. 1.5iu of Geno's gave me energy, tightened my skin, insane pumps and no inflammation, I just can't justify the cost

Even more interesting. I personally didn’t notice much a difference from genotropin vs generic, but I am going to do a run of serostim at some point this year to see how big the difference is.
