Redcon1 fadeout for sleep?

I thing a g of phenibut would cause some issue if you took it for a while then abruptly stopped

although it is just a gram, idk.
Yeah I was just reading the review on that site said after 15 days they started to get sides from the phenibut and dont recommended it being a ingredient. I'm not sure lol

I have used it... I don't use it regularly but was having some sleep issues last year that were out of the norm for me so I gave it a try.

Never had a night where it didn't put me out, at least that I recall. Doesn't hit right away but definitely got me through that rough patch.

I'll have to check the container but I don't think the one I have has phenibut in it, that was a slight concern for me because I wasn't real sure how I felt about that.

Unless I’m missing it, there’s no phenibut in there.

I’ve taken it, and after about 20-30m you start feeling “heavy,” drowsiness comes, and bam, off you go.

That would suck bad.
I stumbled onto it about 5 years ago when I was looking into nootropics. 2 or 3 grams of phenibut turned out to be the best drug I ever tried. After a while though, you become immune to it. Not tolerant, but completely immune to the high. My bro got me some xanax to put me out. Apparently if you can make yourself sleep you can avoid the withdrawal symptoms. The xanax only worked for a few hours at a time. I would wake up in the middle of the night and have to take another one. Had no idea what I was getting in to. Good times

Fuck that. Glad you made it through that.

Tolerance to phenibut builds fast. Best taken every X amount of weeks. Overdosing can cause a serious hangover, even though 1g isn't that high of a dose.
It made me sleepier when I was taking it before sleep. So, it kinda helped.

Now, the product as a whole. Never tried it, but I've tried most of the ingredients. They didn't really help me, but they could work on someone else.
Melatonin looks a little high.

I take 500mg or 1g of phenibut on Sunday nights to get the work week started off on the right foot. I do not use higher doses or more frequent doses because of all the reasons you guys listed above.

I am ok with that Redcon label posted above. But I feel like 5mg of melatonin is more than is needed and IMO wipes out every other ingredient on the label. Gaba and Valerian do an ok job for relaxation but I dont even see any other ingredients on the label that would help w sleep. I would put 1g of tryptophan in there for more effect.

Mac, try 3-5mg melatonin tab by itself and I bet it does the same as the Redcon blend.

I take up to 30-40 mg of melatonin and nothing happens I’ve even taken 50-75 mg. It won’t even touch me. I do have insomnia semi officially medically diagnosed. I couldn’t find a doctor I felt comfortable with prescribing me things and they wanted me on a ton of other things for depression yada yada. I am a strong believer once you change brain chemistry it’s hard to go back with the SSRIs and other “mental health” drugs.

turns out you can fight your own demons!! But the sleep thing is a mess for me.

I’m not lying though I’ll post my bottle of melatonin 10 mg a pill I took 3 last night and they didn’t touch me. 4 the night before because I just could not fall asleep.

There's a book on Amazon called The Effortless sleep method. It's cheap and an easy read. The author is a long time chronic insomniac. It covers sleep hygiene and sleep psychology. It helped me get back to sleep during one of the times when trauma and tragedy kept me from sleeping for months.
