Turns out that with a Kwikpen you can't remove the cartridge, at lest as far as I can tell. So I ended up getting the Lily Ergo 2 knockoff from AliExpress, and some cartridges too. I'll update when I've tried doing this. Hopefully it'll help be be compliant with my HGH injections, because the tiny vials are such a pain in my ass.

Found your post since I was considering just getting 2 Kwikpens and using 1 for HGH, 1 for Insulin by swapping the cartridges. It looks like the cartridges can't be swapped, there's no instructions on how to do so in the instruction manual. Attached if anyone needs it. Lilly Ergo 2 looks like the way to go since you can swap cartridges.

Are you guys having success using a 29G pen needle to dispense Oils? With a 30g I am sitting close to 1 minute for 20 units of test.

Probably missed quite a lot over the past 3 weeks.

I just bought some 29g pen needles yesterday. I hope they work. Lol. Try heating the oil vial with a heating pad. That should help it go through the 30g a little faster.

Coming out of China, it's more than likely a counterfeit. Mine all work fine though.

this probably doesn't help, but Im using 29ga syringes for oils and it does good.
30 was too small.

29g syringe should be the same size as 29g pen needle. This gives me hope that the 29g pen needles I ordered will work. Lol

I’m 99% sure it’s not actually Lilly, although I have nothing to base that on other than the fact that I bought it on AliExpress.

I’m probably coping here. Bought 2 of the cheapest ones I could get but I’m pretty sure it should be real? The price is the same price the pen retails for in China.

Aliexpress doesn’t really have fakes like they did 10 years ago. That being said I don’t use it much. Once I get them I’ll compare them to the official pen user manual and see what’s up…
