How many times per week you can hit same spot?

Because at 4/5ml per week i need to inject every day

You cant inject more than 1ml subq. I hit my butt cheek every M-W-F with three shots each time right now. I do .6 NPP, .5 test, and .2 HCG.

Ijust not a big fan of IM. I want to inject every 3 1/2 days to get a consistent T levels.

What is your intended dose PW?

I'm going towards subcutaneous injection route based on research I've done.

My questions:

1)Is it possible to use the vials that clearly says ' For Intra Muscular Injection Only' for 'subcutaneous injection'? I believe the vials here are 200mg/ml.

Subq works for some people, and it doesn't work for others. Only way to find out is to inject ~0.3ml subq and see what happens. Let me tell you... it didn't work well for me. It took weeks for the subq lumps to finally go down. And I didn't like having the visible lumps.
