What kind of pens? Usually the cartridge has to push in the internal mechanism in to keep the plunger locked or to let it advance. If the cartridge moves forward this can disengage the locking mechanism.

So you are saying there has to be pressure pushing back on it for it to advance?

I tried it without the cart on and I dont see it moving.

The Ergo2 will not advance without a cartridge fully installed. I have had other china "metallic" pens break, but the Ergo2s have been rock solid for over a year and a half.

Any tips for filling the cartridge to its maximum please ? Because of the internal pressure, there’s always a bit of loss. I can’t seem to get more than 2.5 ml in.

I also use the Humapen Savvio with Aliexpress Carts.
I mix the peptides i want in their vials and then pull up 0.8ml in my 1ml syringe.
Push the needle into the cart, push the plunger a bit, and then pull it back. You're pulling the excess air out. The tops of the carts are very slim and i wouldnt really have them break/ get loose. I assume this would happen if you use a second needle at the same time. Every stab wears down the material so i would rather invest 5 minutes more than having to throw away a half full cart.
Keep in mind that the needle switching will also cause wear&tear so its better to keep the rubber in top in the best condition possible.

I use a “vent” needle. I pull my reconstituted liquid from the original vial via a 3ml syringe. Then stick a small gauge luer lock needle into the top of the cartridge along the edge. Insert my full syringe needle into the cartridge and fill. The vent needle allows the air to escape the cartridge as it’s filled. I can get a little over 3ml into a cartridge this way.

Just wanted to double check my math with the SSA 36IU hgh

Since its filled to 40IU on the jano tests, im using that as my amount

So at 40IU/3ml = 13.333IU/ml

so 2/13.333=0.154

so i turn the dial on the pen to 15 unit, this will administer 2IU?

Looks right. I use the same mix and do 23 units for ~3IU.

That’s correct… I am also running HGH @ ~40iu/vial (Opti gold tops) using 3ml bac, and inject 30 units for 4iu.

Also those who do HGH like this, what do you do - super high concentration like 2* 36iu vials blended per 3ml cartridge oor do you swap cartridges constantly?

This is what I've been doing as well.

1ml in each vial then all 3ml into the cart.

Yeah same thing as me, i believe 10 clicks is 4 iu, 5 clicks is 2iu etc. Makes things pretty simple and lasts me a few weeks when going 6iu daily

Nope its actually qsc 36iu which also tested at 40iu. I just ordered a big amount and still have some around.

I have been considering trying ssa for my next order though

Are there injector pens I can load with my own compounds?

Backloading 14 needles a week just for GH is getting a little old. I'm also a pussy and don't like pinning myself with the same needle I draw with. I also like to use slin pins for pretty much everything.

Would be great to also have one for GLP1 compounds.
