reforvit b need help on dosage

Whats the dosages on reforvit b i want to put them in gel caps. and want to spread them out with 3 times a day how much would i put in each cap going to stack them with sustenon

well first of all listen to BioAS. and second, dont put them in gel caps. because after you fill up about 50 caps of 1ml each and put them in a plastic bag, you'll notice it will be dissolved and you won't have anymore left.

sorry bro new to this. but thanks for the tip. okay i have 50 ml of reforvit b (one bottle), 16 shots of sus 250 mg organon, 20 ml of stanazolic (winstrol) and nolvadex 30 tabs 10 mg (tamoxifeno) and omifin (clomifeno) is there anything im missing. now you said liver protecter whats the name on that one. oh and im 25 yrs old, i train 4 times a day each day a different body part, only want to do 1 cycle. wieght 150 height 5'9 i dont want to get hugh all i want to do is gain is try to hit in the 200 lbs.. and as well dont want to be bloated i want to be cut up..

damn you train 4 times/day? :eek: i think thats why you're 150 at 5'9". i think you should be eating not juicing.

150-200 is a huge jump, u cant expect that in 1 cycle are you kidding? it takes YEARS for that to happen im dead serious too, juice or without. and to get there you HAVE to get bloated so u can add mass, then u can cut down. its a hard long process but no one said this was easy. sorry to burst your bubble but i wanted the same thing when i first started. im not trying to dog on you but thats the truth.

yea i know it doesnt happen over night.. i been eating like a horse.. what do you think would happen in 1 cycle? i work out 1 time a day for 4 days a week sometimes i try 5 if i have time..
 
i know u train 4 days a week i was kidding with you. look honestly, its how hard and consistent your diet/training is. nothing else. im coming off and eating more and im even stronger than i was on the gear. and my tendons/joints dont even hurt. its all in the diet. i relied on drugs too much in the past and i learned that the focus is really on the diet/training. no one here will be able to tell you how much you will gain. NO ONE, not even a nutritionist or a pro because no one knows your body more than you. no one knows anything about you, what ur eating, how fast your metabolism is. u should never be hungry. shoot for a grip of good clean carbs like oats, potatoes and rice. and protein from red meat, chicken, eggs, fish and whey shakes. use oil like flaxseed oil and thats all you need to know really. eat every 2-3 hours. its easier said than done believe me sometimes i cant do it either but force feed yourself. i hate cooking but still gotta do what it takes. you could gain 20 pounds you could gain 10 pounds of water, its up to you. but dont expect to gain 50 pounds of pure ripped dense mass in 1 cycle as i ASSURE YOU IT WILL NEVER HAPPEN. you could shoot for 15-20 pounds of WEIGHT, 5-10 of which is pure muscle, the rest water and fat. if you want to gain muscle, you will look bloated even on a clean diet, because u still have to eat more calories than you burn. to gain 1 pound of muscle per week, u have to eat 3500 (or is it 2200? i forgot) calories MORE per week than your body burns. believe me the others will agree with me on this as well.

HEALTHY. a horse is a vegetarian, so are cattle.you see what actually makes them the size they are is a little thing called genetics. cannot change yours but with a diet and well palnned exercise routine you can alter it slightly. gear is only one half of the equation( the easiest actually ). the hardest part is up to you. eat healthy train correctly. you will be suprised at what you can accomplish on this one cycle., but don't get down if you only gain alittle....... it's more that you had before. so just keep building on it.
Think of AAS's as a small snow ball at the top of a very big hill, once it starts rolling it will exponetialy increase as it travels down that hill..

i agree all you guys make perfect sense and im not looking a a big gain all i want is a little push.. thats all. will sus 250 be good to stack it with reforvit b...

i would ditch the gear and follow the advise we gave you. you dont need to use gear now because you only weigh 150 at 5'9". i weigh 170 but im also 5'6" and i powerlift, i used to be into bodybuilding but i achieved the muscularity i want, although i could always use more shoulders and arms and always want bigger legs but it took me years and i put alot of effort into it. when i first started i looked lanky weak and fat at around 150, years later i added mass and leaned out. i still want to lean out down some more to around 10-11% bf, but this takes a long time. i really dont think you will get the results you want. i WISH i had never done gear til i was older but i was stubborn as hell and on a mission. i think it played a big role in stunting my height when using at 18. i wasnt even 18 when i did my first cycle.
