Maybe reliable but very very slow to respond and act! Paid in January and still no news about shipment - it is not that regular as it is business in reality ….

Sounds exacerbated amount of slow. Usually after payment or any message the reply is next day

I've recently bought some from regal, the dude was supposed to give me a tracking code a week ago, but still nothing, just some emails "Sorry I was out of the house etc"

I fear I may have been scammed, but I will keep waiting and update here if the package arrives

you seem to be judging too fast. Never had a problem with regal for many years many orders. Just because he is busy and cannot send you your precious 25$ doesn't mean he is fucking scamming you. Ask for a refund he'll sent it or send your package right away. They are like 2 or 3 people there not a large business. aye dude has a life too
+ He does a lot of packages, even 2 years ago he was doing large sum orders often

Just to give you all an update on my order with Regal Labs.

I've sent payment for some products on the 2nd of February. After SEVERAL email reminders asking for a tracking code I finally received one, on the 20th of February. The tracking information shows that the package was posted on the 18 of february, and it was received on the 24th.

However there were several items missing from the order. Well actually half of them, since I had ordered a bunch of shit x 2. I explained that to him and he said he would be getting on with the shipment. This was on the 25th of February, and since then no tracking code has been provided, nor anything has arrived in the email.

So if I had to leave a review... It would be a very bad one. Communication was slow, getting a tracking code proved to be a big issue, half the products never showed on. It's a shame because the DNP is quality stuff, and so were the rest of the things.

I'd avoid this seller, which is a shame given how rare DNP vendors are these days. I will give you guys an update in case my missing items do show up, but anyways, that's that.

Further update, I've just sent him a reminder and he said he got a new shipment of DNP in that's being dried, not yet ready to send. Hopefully in the next few days I'll get a tracking code.

I don't feel like the dude is a scammer, and his product is quality, but he definitely needs to sort out communication and customer service.
