Regal Labs DNP review

Update

I'm currently using 4 caps a day (allegedly 800 mg) of Genotec's DNP
I'm clearly warmer, the headaches are an annoying side effect, but I still function as a productive human being
Will probably try 5 or 6 caps a day over the weekend

Bro please be careful take it easy. If one of the capsules are correctly dosed it could be fatal. If you start feeling bad go in a ice bath and call the ambulance.

How long have you been running DNP? Please tell me that you 800mg is your starting dose without having a baseline with how you react to it.

The caps are obviously underdosed, so it isn't 800 mg...

That's why I'd recommend ordering from Monsterlabstore
They sent it for analysis, and according to Janoshik it contains 250 mg/mL (more than the 200 mg promised). It's overdosed but at least we know the true content

It's 172mg/ml I don't know where you got the 250 number from

I'm also using Genotec's DNP. It's double the price and half the strength of Regal. I do 2 caps a day and barely feel a thing.

I opened one of the caps, it's crammed full of a yellow powder. Unlike Mactropin which was half yellow, half white powder.

Maybe I'll up to 3 caps, I bought 100 caps so 3 per day still lasts a month.

Sending it to Janos for testing costs more than the caps themselves and I don't get the impression that he will refund testing costs.

It's unfortunate that some vendors prioritize profit over the well-being of their customers. While the process of encapsulating DNP can be challenging, it's crucial to obtain high-quality DNP powder or crystal and to dose it accurately. Otherwise, there is a risk of improper drying processes.

It is surprising to me that the large pharmaceutical companies do not acknowledge or discuss DNP, despite numerous studies indicating its potential benefits for various health issues, not just weight loss. If people were more informed and didn't blindly overdose on DNP without understanding the consequences, there wouldn't be as many problems. However, it seems that big pharma would rather people remain obese and follow fad diets like the keto diet, instead of educating them about the simple fact that weight loss can be achieved through a caloric deficit and physical activity.

Yeah that doesn't make much sense mate, GLP-1 drugs are FDA approved and available

I can't comment on general education where you live, but here we learn at school that obesity is caused by calorie surplus, and every week some major newspaper will feature some article about how you can lose weight by healthy eating with reduced calories. Can't blame lack of education, only the lack of willpower to eat less.

Responsibility for education would rather sit with Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education than with commercial pharmaceutical companies.

"Big Pharma" is pushing GLP-1 drugs and they are approved all over Europe.

DNP has LD50 much too close to effective dose for it to have any commercial appeal, the risk profile is completely unacceptable.

I understand that education about healthy eating and calorie control is emphasized in schools and through media, however I feel that the emphasis on commercial diets and products created by pharmaceutical companies is misleading and oversimplifies the issue of obesity. The root cause of obesity is complex and cannot solely be attributed to lack of willpower.

While it is the responsibility of the Ministry of Health and Ministry of Education to provide proper education, I believe that pharmaceutical companies also have a responsibility to provide accurate information and safe products. The high risk profile of DNP, with its close proximity of lethal dose to the effective dose, makes it unacceptable for commercial use. However, I do agree that other alternatives such as GLP-1 drugs are a safer option that have been approved for use in Europe.

Important update on Genotec capsules: Please note that while these capsules are properly dosed, the effects may differ for each individual who takes them. Therefore, it is essential to follow the recommended dosage of a maximum of 2 capsules, and always keep the cycle every other day (EOD). If you do not feel any effects with 1 capsule EOD in one week, add only 1 more capsule, but do not exceed a total of 2 capsules. Remember to properly short span cycle and avoid doing cardio on the day of taking DNP to avoid worsening of side effects. Keep physical activities low on these days. Never exceed the recommended dosages within one week of trying 1 capsule EOD.

Is this based on your own practical experience? I've used DNP about 5 cycles now.

Why would you take them EOD instead of ED?
Shouldnt how many capsules you take depend on the content of that capsules??

My way is to start with 1 cap per day for 5 days, then increase to 2 caps per day. After another 5 days, assess whether to increase to 3 caps. 2 or 3 is usually the effective dose, with a good fat loss without crippling side effects. In rare cases increase to 4, but keep in mind that effect and side effect builds up over 3-5 days after increasing dose, don't increase too rapidly.

With Genotec, 3 caps is effective dose for me. I tried 4, but the lethargy became crippling and I dialed back to 3. At 3 caps, my cardio is limited to walking to supermarket and carrying grocery bags up the staircases. With just 1 cap, I can go to gym like normal, but weaker, less stamina, sweat a lot more.

If using normal size caps, it's physically impossible to put much more than 200mg total powder into a cap, therefore I'm not overly worried about unexpected massive doses.

Based on my own experience, it can be effective to start with a lower dosage of 1-2 capsules EOD to minimize potential side effects. However, it's important to keep in mind that each individual may respond differently to the substance, and it's best to start with a low dose and gradually increase it as needed. It's crucial to prioritize safety and avoid providing false recommendations that could potentially be harmful. It's always best to do your own research before starting any new supplement or medication. I hope that anyone reading this thread will take their own due diligence seriously and approach dosage adjustments with caution, keeping cycle spans short and only increasing dosage after a week or two of cycling and assessing their response.

Is regal still bunk
I’m using regals DNP I bought back in March/April, opened one capsule and poured a bit out and lit it with a lighter and it went up like gunpowder. I use one every other day and I 100% feel the heat after eating carbs on those days so in my experience regals stuff is legit
