rehab cycle: test, deca, albuterol, gh

Yea I do that aswell with leaving a small amount of air in the plunger. It certainly won't kill anyone subq lol.

6iu is a very good dosage of pharm GH. You should get incredible results with that pinning ED. Healed in no time!

Heh, yea if I have any money left for gym dues when it's over.

Squats and deads this morning. I'm back over 400 on squats, but the rib thing is really bugging me with deads. I just did sets of 15 with 225, and the rib only complained a little. Straight legged deads were impossible, but I could do good mornings at 185 np. Just weird..

Afterward I tried benching just in case something had changed, and managed the bar +20lbs for a few sets! I was happier with that than with putting the 4th plate on the squat bar. I even got a little pec burn going with the chest machine doing 30+ reps per set.

Then did overhead press with this 20lb rubber coated bar I see people stretching with. I'm glad it didn't weight 21 lbs, because I don't think I could have handled the extra pound. Planning on wearing my ice pack the rest of the day at least 30 min out of every hour.

Hmm, maybe I should retest the deca and EQ I was taking. 250mg test a week shouldn't do that, should it?

Testosterone, Total, LC/MS 4559.7 HIGH 348.0-1197.0 ng/dL
Free Testosterone(Direct) >50.0 HIGH 7.2-24.0 pg/mL
Estradiol 840.3 HIGH 7.6-42.6 pg/mL

Not a bit of gyno, believe it or not.

Somethings not right there flenser..

I took 0.5mg dex today, and figure to do that eod for a week, then drop to 0.25mg eod. I had already switched to test and tren e, so whatever contained the extra test should be gone. I'll just continue the 250mg test/tren schedule with the added ai, and get bloods again in a couple of weeks. That's the plan anyway, I'm very open to advise ATM.

My Doc will fight you til he is blue about how Deca effects TT.

I'm inclined to believe him at this point. Both the deca and EQ pass labmax - for the second time. Unless it came from the anavar or the test is T400, I have no idea how else my TT could have gotten so high.

At least now I know why my squat is going up while I'm cutting so hard. I was starting to think Genotropin was magic!

Was able to bench 95lb this morning with only a little pain, and I'm almost ready to try the regular bar with overhead press. Actually, I did try it, but felt too much strain as soon as I started pushing. I'll try again later this week.

The back pump I'm getting from Astro's var is ridiculous. Was trying to superset some barbell rows with leg press, and gave it up after the second working set. The gym had the AC cranked and the floor was nice and cold. I spent a couple of minutes between sets cooling my back against that floor.

Still barely benching 95lbs with minimal pain, and I (barely) managed to OH press the bar this morning. I was more comfortable with a 30lb bar, though. Overall I'm pretty happy with how things went.

The only real disappointment was my squat. My legs are fine with going up from 405, but that rib thing showed up like a traffic cop and I left 445 sitting on the pins without getting one rep. I skipped deads completely. I guess I'm going to have to get the doc to look at it.

These little injuries increasingly make me think I jumped into aas way too soon. Being on TRT just made it so easy, and I was already having shoulder problems when I started my first blast. Makes me wonder if I should slow down, or even hold my lifts where they are for a year to let my tendons catch up. But I don't really like that idea, since I know at 51 I only have a few more years until being healthy and making gains are going to be very different goals.

I think you are starting to see what your body can handle. Sometimes it just takes some self experimentation to figure things out. Now you you know. I would go with what your body and brain is telling you and right now it sounds like it is coming through loud and clear. The last thing you want to do is quickly end up under the knife again.

Yea, another surgery this soon would really suck. Man, what a scary thought. I do need to back off for a while.

Hey I followed this thread to see what would happen. I was really hoping the gear you were running was really going to help because at some point I have to bite the bullet myself and get a procedure done. Now with that being said I am not surprised with what your thoughts are now it is about what i thought would be the outcome. Now I wonder though the gh and TRT alone might be all you need it might not be as fast as what you and I were hoping to see but I bet it is a better, faster recovery then nothing at all.

I agree completely. I would have been better off with 100mg test, the GH and nothing else. I don't think the aas had anything at all to do with the pace I recovered at.

One of the biggest effects of the added aas post surgery was my appetite. I gained a lot of fat that first week, and have yet to get rid of it all. I'm still amazed at how fast fat can grow on aas while laying around and binging!

The PT said this morning they will cut me loose in another week if things continue as they are. They keep inventing new exercises for me (and no one else) to do. For example, this morning they had me planked between a table and an inflated ball while trying to kick the ball out from under me. I have no idea what that was supposed to do for my shoulder, but it was entertaining as hell.

Yea, once they got through a weird MRI rejection issue, my insurance company folded and approved everything the doc asked for. I think I have 12 weeks PT pre-approved, and I just started week 6.

Flense... Just found your thread and I am now subscribed. It's a good read and it seems recovery is coming along well. Keep it up..
I tore my pec back in March opted for PT instead of surgery and completed 4/6 weeks of PT. Went from benching 365 to now 185 without pain (but lacking the trust and confidence to increase weight). So surgery may be in my future. Never tried GH before but after reading your thread I'm seriously considering it. Stay with it ... Good luck

Thanks for the encouragement. I asked about PT by itself like you tried, and the doc told me the tears would eventually heal by themselves, but without surgery the rough edges would always be painful when lifting heavy. Seems like rough edges wouldn't be as much of a problem with a pec tear. You might just need more time.

On the GH, I've been going through the aas joints and tendons sticky in the steroid forum lately. Dr. Scally posted a lot of GH related studies on tendon growth and healing. Most of them seem to indicate GH is useless for recovery at best, and hinders it at high doses. I'm still convinced the GH was useful in my recovery, but the studies are worth reading.
