Rektest - Death is available log

Thank you for you kindness, Malfeasance, you are a gem
I hope he sees it the same way.

I am not trying to attack him.

But this is like the folks who are thinking they are making wise financial planning by earning $140 bucks back in a year on a credit card with rewards when they are failing to invest 20% of their income and/or making car payments instead of saving up cash for cars. They are missing the big things and concentrating on the small things.

Focus on the big things (and diet is the biggest after maybe lifting weights in some form or fashion). Once you get the big things optimized, then worry about the things that are a very small percentage of success,

But everybody here should agree that diet is a big thing, perhaps the biggest. Growth hormone is a smaller percentage of bodybuilding success. And when you consider raising growth hormone from 10-14 iu, well, we are talking about an even smaller, perhaps not measurable, percentage of bodybuilding success, especially as compared to reworking the diet that is:

One Shake
One Fast food meal
and then starvation for the rest of the day
and it looks like starvation in the middle of the day, too.

This diet is negatively affecting your outcomes. It is negatively affecting your performance in the gym, too.

@malfeasance thank you.
Nothing you have said was negative, just constructive and rational.
He is certainly lucky to hear from someone like you.
Tbf, I am in no position to comment on his diet, because mine has been just as bad.
But he works outside and then it's hotel time.
So, bless him, I think he has been trying; maybe not ideal, but it doesn't mean that with a bit more awareness things can't be improved.
He is smart and will see your advice for what it is: a precious way forward.

@malfeasance I appreciate you, but I literally do not have the time or space to be doing that right now, like the fridge I have this week is literally half the size of a mini fridge and barely fits milk and a few waters.
I work very long hours, outside.. so its eithrr spend my time on the gym or food
I plan to transition into an RV from the hotels, where I will actually have a fridge and cooking area, so I will save all that for the very near future.

As for the 20iu, without the tren I am still seeing daily changes regarding fat loss.

I still dont think my diet is that horrible, sure compared to a true BB diet ya, but compared to all my co workers? Mine is amazing
Also, I dont starve middle of the day, the shake is so much protein it keeps me full til dinner.

As Iris, the Rektest office assistant, mentioned

This must have happened when I was distracted.
I am warning you I may or may not borrow Narta' s legal team for this.

I ain't seen any kind of official stipulation.
If you like it, then you should have put a contract on it.
You are spending too much money on gh.
I doubt you can afford me.

Oh dear, trust me, I have the funds for this, the bank of rektest has no bounds, especially for this.
I would need a exclusive contract if Im going to move some of my gh funds to this

Narta has a legal team?
Paging Narta’s legal team to write us a contract!

What do you want your official title to be?

@RekTest are you working 7 days/week? How many hours a day?
I grind from 6am 'til the job's done, usually 'round 4-5pm. Hittin' the gym takes about an hour to two. If things go sideways and I get called out, I could be out 'til like 10pm, ya dig?

When I get shit nights, the next day doesn’t get put on hold, your back at work 6am regardless if you work til 3am.

If you tell me to cook from 730 to 10 I am going to slap your goddamn face with my dick

I want to see anyone climb poles all day long, go to the gym and feel like doing fuck all when you see that hotel bed lol

Yeah, I get it. My line of work has a lot on of call in top of long days. With that said, and as entertaining as this forum has been the last week or two, if we have time to spend on a forum, we have time to prepare. Here's my unsolicited advice:

1. Meals don't have to be fancy or even hot. Go to a Walmart or other grocer, and pick up some precooked foods you can open and eat. Rice packets, precooked chicken breast or steak, etc. Lately I've been keeping cans of tuna in olive oil in my work truck in case I get hungry after my meals are gone. Bumblebee and starkist have some new flavors out that are quite good and still healthy. It's better than anything you can get at a fast food joint.

2 . Maximize your time. Again, we all waste some time if we're honest with ourselves. It doesn't take much more time to run into a supermarket than to go through the fast food drive through. Also, by eating healthier, your energy will be higher all day more consistent. Thus making it easier to make the most of down time. Especially if you aren't working 7 days a week.

3. Stop making excuses for yourself. I'd rather be fat than lie to myself. I've read your thread. If you're going to be hard on yourself, do it on this. Be the man you want to be. I doubt the ideal version of you is just fit. He holds himself accountable and can be honest with himself about areas for improvement. What good is looking great to the women of the world if you aren't the high quality man that keeps them around for the long haul? They don't want a man-child to dominate forever. (Back me up on this @iris) They want a leader who makes them better.

They also are better cooks than us and keeping one around makes meal prep so much easier...

Just asked here is their answer:

And this is how the maestros do it.
Sole and absolute discretion; a rather equitable agreement.

Rek, why do I kind of feel like I have been missing out on something, overnight?
Anything interesting happened?

Wish you a good morning, anyway.
God willing, you are still alive and well.
