Is it that you don't know how or you just have decided not to do so?
Grab a diet from Mac11Wildcat's thread and just copy it and use it. Adjust the macros slightly once or twice a month to get the progress and look you want.
There. Now you know how.
The question is whether you will. They are two very different questions.
Sorry, I am dyslexic quite alot….
I meant I know how, the will is what I dont have enough of, and unfortunately my job is currently taking a lot of my will, and the little bit I have left I dedicate to
@iris, even though she deserves a lot more than I can give.
Essentially, my job right now is 6 days 60hrs a week minimum and is straight killing me daily with lifting god awful heeeeavy stuff eeeeeveryday, like today was moving travelers (big 28 inch/35 inch rollers) around that weigh 100+ pounds (35 full frame grounding feel every goddamn bit of over 150lbs) from the ground to chest high, if i had to guess I moved around over 50 of them, constantly all day long. Then oh hey rekky go grab 8 of these 9 feet tall steel brackets that are so damn heavy they make my gigantic nuts feel like feathers, oh ya fuck you no help and put it on this stupid again flatbed thats chest high. A little melodramatic, I am, just a tiny..
I get mentally drained from that, and I can either use what I have left on the gym/bulking or something I love…. And Id rather not be a zombie talking to my cutie cake
Ill figure how to jiggle it all eventually, but there is stuff I am not willing to restrict, that takes prio.
Dont ask me wtf Im going to do on our next job, in April, when we go to 12hrs minimum 7 days a week, minimum 21 days straight on.
