Nietzsche never used that word with the meaning you are using it. You are twisting it.

Untermensch was a contraposition to the
Übermensch but with a connotation that is not even close to how you meant it.

The meaning you used is 100% used by Nazi in their propaganda to express what they thought of other races that weren't the arian one.

Pathetic how you tried to justify it, at least have the ball to express your vile convictions instead of hiding it behind a curtain of deceiveness.
