Basically 500 would be great of course but will simply put you in the moderate gains category which you can get shredded on and have some size , at 650 based on your LBM you will be more cartoonish looking
 
Mini-update time: So I hit the Vitamin Shoppe yesterday. I picked up two big ass tubs of Nlarge2 by Prolab and 2 Scivation Xtend. I've also got a multi-v and about 50 packets of Universal Animal Stack, some sublingual B-12, and a bunch of other goodies. I have some clen and some T3 on the way. OMEGA is also sponsoring my log with his products and I am really looking forward to their arrival. I'll post an offical day update later tonight after my PM workout. I'm working on finding some decently priced anavar right now. I would love to end this cycle at 210 and 8%!
 
i like your routine man, im following a very similar routine myself at the present time ... not the same, but similar in many aspects ... doing this type of routine on sauce is a beatuiful thing - you literally feel like you're using a knife and carving the body ... the difference visually for me from last week to this one has been significant ...

you'll notice very fast that the slightest tweaking of your training routine and diet will have profound effects very quickly ... keep up the posts, i think your goals are very acheivable ... you have an excellent base brother

DAY3
Today's workout was pretty good overall, my shoulders were looking and feeling really nice. Bi's and Tri's went good too As i walked into the locker room I saw the scale but didn't bother to get on it...I know nothing has happend. Right now it's just a waiting game, which sucks ass because I wanna feel it already! I AM going to purchase the Anavar. I got a sick price and the dosing is badass Its a 30mg vial dosed @ 60mg/ml. I think ill throw it into the mix when the test really starts doing its thing.

These pictures were right after I administered shot #1, I took 4 days off from the gym to make sure I was 100% before I started

Bring it on! What do you think...How's my base?

those are some funky positions;) But your base is a good platform for growth. Not to lean but still lean enough..good luck!! Cant wait to see the progress pics!
 
Haha sporty, I know they arent your typical positions but I was in a rush that day and just cranked a few photos out. In 2 weeks there will be new ones!
 
My goal for this cycle is to obviously get bigger, but also I want to be lean enough where I can see all 6 of my abdominals, So I'd like to finish at about 8%.
 
Awesome man! I just started my cycle yesterday. 500mg/wk of Cyp. I can definitely agree that all the research has paid off because my first pin went smooth as can be. I was a little shaky, but it as my 1st pin what else can you expect right? I feel very knowledgeable about everything that might cross my path because of this board. We got some awesome guys on here and I definitely like being a part of it. I'll be keeping an eye on this log. Good luck and 210 with 8% here you come. Thanks bro

I intend to make you more of a prettier bodybuilder since you joints are small, but muscle bellies are long and full.

DAY4
Sounds good to me omega! So today was legs/abs/traps and I beat 'em up pretty good. Workout was good as usual. The anavar is a GO! I should have it around next week and I'm gonna drop it in @ weeks 6-10. I'm really looking forward to sunday because I'm hyped about my second injection. I'll start to notice some things after that, which i can't wait for! Right now everything is pretty much normal...I know that each consecutive dose up's the ante I'm just way too hyped for this stuff to kick in! My diet has been spot on too. Oh yeah, and the var I have is dosed at 60mg :D Things are lookin' real good so far!
 
Renegade, have you noticed an increase in pumps while working out? I worked out Legs and Bi's yesterday and I had the most insane pump I'd ever had. It was awesome because it certainly felt different especially in my legs.

I am having the exact same feeling about my second shot. I haven't noticed a difference yet, except in my pump. Can't wait til this stuff actually kicks in.
 
I snuck in a few curls at home with some DB's really quick before work and I feel pretty pumped...I think the effects will be more noticeable around day 10. Def looking forward to tonight's workout.

Feed the Beast...God I love eating..bro this Var is GREAT!!! Veins poppin out everywhere, midsection looking leaner and once I get going I dont wanna leave the gym..def strength and endurance has increased!!! You gotta shake that bottle for like 20 seconds(its a solution and it settles) and it tastes like shit, i throw mine in OJ...let me know when you get it bro!!
 
DAY5
Time to recap day 5! I'm starting to notice some things. My appetite is insatiable, if it's in sight...I'm eating it (all good food though, no crap). Check this out, after my chest/back workout today I couldn't get out of my shirt! I literally had to wait for like an hour for the pump to go away to avoid cutting it off! I just want to pin again already, I know once I do my second inject shit is gonna hit the fan. OMEGA is sending over his goodies and I cant wait to throw them into the mix! I had a beast of a workout today and libido is up a tad as well. I can also see the separation between my erector spinae and my lats. Well its becoming that time again.....TIME TO EAT!! :eek:
 
Thats always a good feeling. If your this hungry now, be glad your not on EQ. Last time I was on it, I was putting all you can eat buffets in the red! And I know what you mean about that pump. I can usually manage with most injectables, but if im on Dbol or Drol. I have to put a hook on the middle of my door so that I can catch my shirt on it and slide down and out cause I cant pull it off lol

Haha, Bench you beast! That's a pretty good idea...I might have to start doing that. It's about 10:40 AM here and I've already got about 75/80g's of protein in me, my diet has been spot on...keeping a log really helps you stay on track and I would recommend it to everyone running a first!

Also I have a question for you guys regarding my second injection, which is going to be tricky. On sundays I play airsoft from 12-4pm (realistic combat simulation) with a bunch of my pals and it has me running and gunning up and down hills and uneven terrain for about 4 hours on average. After this my legs are pretty pumped and it's like a slight workout. Early sunday evening is my leg day too! So here's the dilemma...Do I pin before I play, after I play, before the gym, or after the gym? I just don't want to look like a complete cripple come monday!

Pin your glute on this day and you shouldnt have much of a problem..you think your quad went smooth bro glutes are amazing..my quad was really REALLY sore all last week from pinning so i went back to glutes yesterday and i dont feel a thing..keep it steady though or it cuts it up in there and you will get sore...ive heard its called the "sewing maching" LOL

Certin spots of my glutes I cant get a pin in. I must have so much scar tissue that if I push any harder to get deeper the pin will break. Its not a fun feeling!
