Today was pretty good, especially with my food intake. Looking forward to day 20's workout and injection. That's all for now.
 
Dont forget to shake that Var for like 20 seconds bro, its just a solution so it settles in the bottom as Im sure you have already seen!!! I used my entire bottle and now I miss it:(
 
DAY20

So I hit the scale for about the second time since I started this cycle and I'm weighing in at - drumroll please, 200 pounds dead on. It's been 20 days and I've already put on 10 pounds and I have had a noticable drop in bodyfat. I'm still working on getting that measuring tape to take some measurements down though. I just literally did my 4th injection and it went sooooooo smooth and quick, definately my best so far. So far so good I must say. This is some exciting shit, 10 pounds in 20 days. I still have 50 days left of testosterone enanthate AND I still have my anavar to take. If I could walk away at 220lbs @ 8% bf after pct I would be extremely happy! Although I haven't had too many comments recently I know your all following along and I appreciate that. Oh and I would like to point out that when I weighed myself it was in the AM after I woke up and took a piss. Todays workout was very nice too, I find myself sweating like a beast!
 
DAY21

Workout was explosive! Super pumped too! I ate like a freakin' beast today too, I must have shot over my target calories by 1200-1500. Yesterday I pinned my left quad and it's not too sore at all. Getting on the scale yesterday and seeing 200 really got me amped so I've started to stuff my face even more so. I feel as like despite the amount I'm eating, I'm not putting on any sloppy weight at all....the test is def. doing its thing. I wonder just how synergistic the test will be with the anavar....

Today was alright, not exactly the kickass day that I had planned for. Workout was sub-par...did all of my sets and reps etc but just wasn't that into it. Tomorrow I have to kill it no questions asked. Calorie consumption was on point though. Tomorrow I'm also going to stuff my face every chance I get. I have nothing planned after work so I'll be in the gym until I'm good and ready to leave....which probably wont be for hours. I take a shake with me and have it during the middle of my workout. It contains 52g of protein and 80g carbs and I feel like it really helps out. As soon as i get just a few sets deep into my workout I get hungry again. Outside of the gym I would just like to point out that it's going to be 81 degrees here in NYC on Sunday....81 degrees in april - global warming anyone?
 
Hey bro. You have the right attitude. You didnt feel like it, but you still did your whole workout! And you know you need to make up for it next time. Thats how you see the REAL gains. Pushing it as hard as you can each and every day

Legs/traps/abs workout was great! When i got home I went to make a shake and i noticed something as i was standing at the sink....my glutes were spazzing out, almost like a small vibration. I went balls to the walls and on the quad extension machine I finished up with a set of 9 reps @295 which shattered any previous number. Traps were great hit a new high too, I go progressively heavier when I lift so I finished my traps at 450 for 6 reps with a 2/3 second pause at the top of the lift. I've always been freakishly strong for my size but despite dieting and eating I was never really able to put on solid mass which is why I turned to AAS after years and years of research. Cycle is amazing so far and the shit hasn't even hit the fan yet so to speak. ALSO - I noticed we hit a new record for amount of people on at one time yesterday which is great....for all of you reading who ARE NOT MEMBERS OF MESO, I strongly encourage you to sign up and join! This site has been nothing but good to me. Remember no question is too stupid (except source ones) and your wayyyyyy better off asking a dumb question than screwing up your body. Everyone has to start somewhere and this is the perfect place!

I'm gonna keep this short and sweet, todays workout was awesome, looking nice and full. I must have had at least 6,000 calories today I just couldn't stop eating and as I write this I'm getting hungry just thinking about food - so Im off to go eat! Gotta feed the beast.....
 
DAY25

Just when I thought it wasn't possible to eat any more, I crushed yesterday's intake total. I don't think there has been a single day of my life where I consumed as much as today. It was unreal to say the least. If i keep this up who knows what my ending weight will be! There was really no lifting done today so it was a rest / super re-feed day. With the beating I have been giving myself in the gym on a day to day basis I figured it couldn't hurt but actually be beneficial. Tomorrow I'm going to keep the eating up and train my forearms throughout the day. Sunday I'm def. going to go to the gym for a few hours and just indulge. I can't stand not being in the gym even though fridays and saturdays are supposed to be like that. I want to spend every chance I get to be there! So all in all things are pretty solid right now with no complaints...
 
Just thought I'd stop by and say I'm glad to hear the cycle is going well. I've been following along as a nonmember (until tonight) for a while and am planning on starting my first cycle soon so seeing how you're doing is great information for me! Keep up the great work man.

Food intake was off the charts again, sunday will be my 5th shot! I seem to be eating more and more every day to an obscene degree.
 
Thanks Vercro, I remember trying to find a good first cycle log before I started so I wanted to make a nice solid one for other beginners to check out! Going to the gym now, injection tonight. Will update for day 27 later.

Today was my 5th injection, literally just did it. Smooth and painless just like the rest. I pinned my right quad today. Calories are up and pumps are strong. Can't believe I'm on my 5th injection already!! This marks the halfway point of testosterone for my cycle....next week I will introduce the anavar into my cycle I can't believe that I'm already at that point. From what I've heard the second half of the cycle is where the magic happens. I'm wayyyy too psyched for tomorrow's chest/back workout because I know I'm gonna go ape in the gym. Also I'd like to point out on a side note that when I flex my back muscles with my arms at my sides I feel new muscle - I'm not sure if that sounds funny but let me know if you guys know what I mean....

As stated in the prior post, I went ape in the gym lol. Super pumps all over my chest and back. I could feel like every muscle working in my back on the lat pull downs. After every rep I would pause for like 2 seconds, I did 270 today for a set of 5 without a spot and did them very clean. Needless to say the people around me kinda looked like this -> :eek: but that could have been due to one of two things: 1) the amount of weight 2) my lats hanging out. All in all a pretty damn good workout. My cal intake has been high today also. I have a feeling I'll def make some NICE gains this week!

Jasthace, the forearm pumps are WICKED! As funny as this might sound sometimes I can't finish my set because my forearms are wayyyy tooo damn pumped! Today was shoulders/bi's/tri's and my arms looked huuuuuuuuge! Anywhere that I normally feel a pump is amplified to a whole new level. I'm psyched to introduce the anavar next week I'm sure its really going to drive some gains nicely. I've noticed that I'm more aggressive than usual. I'm naturally an aggressive person but I find it a bit easier to get pissed off lately, this is obv. because of the test. It's controllable to a certain extent but I knew this would probably happen, kinda makes me glad because its just another factor to let me know my test is real :D

Sounds like its going well for you...keep it up. I would like to see some more details on your actual lifting weight, with reps and sets....I may have missed it if you already posted that, Ill go back and read some more.
