Alright, this is my first cycle ever. I will be shooting Yellow Dragon Testosterone Enanthate 250mg/ml. Ive cut down from 210 to 190 in preparation for this. I have a pretty good base or atleast I like to think so. Im ACE certified and I've been lifting since the summer before freshman year of high school. Right now I'm standing at 6ft 190 pounds and I'm twenty-something. This log will help keep me on track and allow me to see my progress. There will be bi-weekly pic updates and daily log updates. If I get around to it maybe I'll even post videos or my lifts. There's my little intro, so lets get on with the good stuff!

CYCLE:

WK1-10: Testosterone Enanthate 500mg/wk
WK1-11.5: Arimidex .5mg/ED
WK10.5-11.5: HCG 500iu/ED
WK11.5-12.5: Clomid 100mg/ED & Nolvadex 40mg/ED
WK12.5-14.5: Clomid 50mg/ED & Nolvadex 20mg/ED

* Depending on how I feel and sides, I might throw in some Anavar @ 50/60mg/ED for the final stretch to really help solidify my gains *


TRAINING:

MON: CHEST/BACK
TUE: BIS/TRIS/SHOULDERS
WED: LEGS/TRAPS/ABS
THURS: CHEST/BACK
FRI: BIS/TRIS/SHOULDERS
SAT: FOREARMS/ABS
SUN: LEGS/TRAPS/ABS

DIET - aiming at 4500cal/day CLEAN

MEAL1: 730AM
MEAL2: 10:30AM
MEAL3: 1:30PM
MEAL4: 4:30PM
MEAL5: 7:30PM
MEAL6: 10:30PM
MEAL7: Right before bed.

I wanted to post my starting pics now, but It keeps saying that there is an error so i need to figure something out ASAP.

Also, my first update -

Today I pinned myself for the very first time. After much debate I decided to go with a quad shot using a 25ga. 1in pin. I shot the right quad...tons of blood came into the syringe and I ended up injecting atleast 2cc's of air in. :eek: Just playing! :p I aspirated, and injected. It was a thing of beauty. I felt like I knew what I was doing and I don't think it could have went any better! "SMOOTH AS BUTTA"

Excellent work my friend. You epitomize what every person should aspire to do before they decide to get into AAS. Something tells me, with your knowledge of training and nutrition - and from what I can see - your great genetics/base, you should do pretty well on this cycle. Good luck brother.

Oh and uhhhh....quit delaying the inevitable and get on that Anavar bro!

On saturday because of work and my personal sched. I will be doing abs/forearms/cardio @ home in the AM and also using hand grippers at work during the day...so no major lifts..lol its like a half-assed rest day.

I hear ya bro, well lets get those starting pics up, what if you wake up tomorrow HUGE!!! ahhh..super responder to Test:eek: and oh yeah quads are officially my new favorite pin spot (until i hit a nerve)
 
I am really happy to see that you did not just jump in and start using gear. You seem to have done more research then 10 people put together.
Your first cycle will be your best ever, You can never get it back so keep eating and training hard and the results will pour on you.

Looks good, apart from you dont need to be training 7 days a week regardless wether your on a cycle or not.
I still stand by the principle that your body still needs rest no matter what your cycle is.

Alright guys time for a quick AM update!

First off, thanks to everyone coming through and showing support. I pinned yesterday in the early evening so its been a few hours since my shot. Honestly it couldn't have went any more text book. My quad feels like someone gave it a light punch, which was to be expected...but nothing like "It feels as if a horse kicked me." Its a little bit sore but hey, I did insert an inch of steel into it :D Right now Im heading over to the vitamin shoppe to stock up on some stuff, Ill provide a rundown of it later, and an update after my PM training.
 
Somethings it may hurt even less, others a bit more. Still not a big deal. But I do prefer to inject somewhere in the upperbody on leg day.
 
Nice bro. Glad you finally got started. You def waited long enough and did your research so you are going to get some great gains. How many sets are you doing per day and per bodypart? You might want to cut back on the training and focus on one bodypart per day and focus more on volume than frequency
 
On fridays and saturdays my day is pretty much filled between work and the gf. So on those days I'm going to do like a quick mini workout with some DB's + reg. AM cardio. I'm kinda classifying them as mini-rest days lol. As for all of the other days I'm going balls to the walls. There will be plenty of volume+weight trust me. I have a pretttty good lactic threshold.

Quick question:
(I know everyone is different)
When on Test E, would one have strength gains early on, then size...or both at the same time? Am I going to be seeing/feeling anything from now to about week 4 or 5, or does stuff just magically happen around that time.
 
This should be an interesting log,looks like you'll be putting the work in.I also workout nearly everyday to some degree.My "days off" always consist off bis, or tris and abs.I very rarely have a day when I do completely nothing.

You may feel a little something from your test after only a week {just a bit more energized}and may gain a few pounds if you have upped you cals.Your strength should start to increase after a couple of weeks, then more strength & size 3- 4 weeks in,after 4 weeks you should be really starting to make GOOD gains.

Yea, nothing wrong with hitting a lagging part twice, I was just thinking of focusing your training more towards individual parts as your going to be working your entire upper body (to some degree) 4 times per week. If you want to stay at that amount of training, switch out your double muscle group days for big/small days and even a push pull routine. ie:
Mon: Chest/should/tris
Tues: Back/Bi
Wed: Legs
Thurs: Forearms/traps/calves
Fri: Start over It will give you the same amount of total volume for the week, but give your bodyparts more rest time
 
After about 5-7 days you should feel more agressive and more libido picking up..maybe some xtra sexual daydreams etc...along about day 14 -16 you will see changes in your forearms and vascularity along with strength gains in gym(time to be carefull not to lift too much too quick!),after week 3.5 you will see visible changes to enitre body in mirror.You are going to love this ride bro..good luck..train and eat like never before but..I AM A FIRM BELIEVER IN RECOVERY DAYS...:rolleyes:
 
DAY 2
Alright time for a quick update! Just got done with my PM session, and overall it was pretty good. I did alot of concentrated reps with full flexion. It felt awesome! My chest and back look pretty good...I have a feeling once this shit kicks in my growth is going to be full throttle. Every night I'll be using cocoa butter to try and prevent stretch marks, as I have alot from growing already. Now check this- for some reason I had the hunger of a beast today, and I don't think it was mental...I just couldn't stop eating! LOL I'm actually gonna eat right now. Also, I noticed libido was pretty high by itself too....I know there is no way this stuff could be affecting me already.....or is there? Anyway I'm gonna go eat about 9 oz. or pork tenderloin, salad, and a few pitas. I'll be back on later to see if any of you fine people have anything to say.

your split will differ though once you commence the OMEGA training

opt for higher reps right now (8-14 reps)
till we integrate the new training
 
Also at your stats try to up the test to 650 mgs a week

500 is great but for you 650 would be ideal ( trust me)
